My mom has been at Town Village with her friend since March of 2026. She loves it there. Making so many new friends and at 96 you don't have a lot of the old friends left. Lots of activities to keep you busy along with exercise classes and a pool too.

It was very nice I’m considering it for my brother he has the on set of dementia. I liked it because he can move into the memory care unit as he progresses without changing facilities. It was very clean, well organized and the people there seemed very friendly.

I felt it was important that she feel comfortable with whatever we chose. She ended up liking the staff at Town Village over all the rest. It wasn't a brand new place. It was comfortable, the staff were friendly. They all made eye contact and had good answers for all my questions and concerns. We met some of the residents and they all were very nice. Since then, my sister seems very happy there. She has had a couple hiccups due to her behavior which is part of her dementia. I wish they handled those situations better, but honestly I'm not sure they can handle it any differently. Regardless, the place seems clean, the food is good, the apartment is very nice size. I haven't been there since my sister moved in as I live in California and have had my own health issues, but my nephew and niece see her daily and they seem happy with her place. I will be visiting in October for the first time and can provide more information at that time.

I’ve been there twice and found Town Village to be an open and airy place with lovely trees and flowers outside. Nice rockers outside for a person to relax. Very calming and clean. I do intend on moving there once my details are taken care of. Many interests, and pets are welcome.

The Manager Sheri, staff Peggy and Paris and all are absolutely wonderful! They were very good to my father during his stay and I very much appreciate them! ❤️ Also, thank you Tina from the cafeteria. The place is very nice and all are very caring. And I forgot to mention James (maintenance), he was absolutely awesome!!!

1. Residents were welcoming & spoke highly of their time living there & most I met had been there for many years. 2. Ability to "age in place" in the same apartment/wing whether independent or assisted (doesn't have to relocate unless actual memory care is necessary. 3. Indoor pool

My name is Theresa Kamensky. I have lived at Town Village of Sterling Heights for almost two years. It is my pleasure to write a review of my experiences here. It is challenging to focus on only one aspect of life from the outstanding menu, served by kind, diligent servers, to the hardworking maintenance staff, to the extensive activity program, called Life Enrichment, that provides stimulation to both the mind and body. Our Secretarial staff is the glue that maintains order with about 250 residents. The Motto",It is like home, t IS home. truly reflects life here.

From the moment my mom selected Town Village of Sterling Heights, I new it was a place where both comfort and independence thrived. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a strong sense of community that makes every resident feel valued and supported. The staff is exceptional - always friendly, compassionate, and attentive to the needs of the residents. They go above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels at home, while also respecting the independence that makes this community so special. Whether it''s the daily activities, personalized care, or just a friendly chat, they take the time to connect with each individual. Most importantly is that the facility is kept extremely clean and the food delicious! For anyone considering senior independent living, please consider Town Village of Sterling Heights. What we like the most about the community is just the overall atmosphere of your facility. The staff and fellow residents are just all so nice and welcoming. I feel fortunate that my sister is living in a safe and friendly place that she calls home!

Family Member of Resident We moved my mom into Town Village December 2022.We looked at other places, but this one was perfect for her. The size of her apartment, the beautiful dining area with an excellent menu., lots of activities, and a really great staff. She was really nervous about moving in. She didn’t think she would make any friends. She was there one month and everybody knew her by name.! Our family is so happy we found a place like this for her. I would give Town Village five stars.!

What can I say about my Town Village experience? I have found that the on site management team tries to make life here as pleasant as possible. They listen to complaints and suggestions and make changes where possible. They are limited by outside management rules and or financial considerations. On the plus side they offer transportation every day except Saturday. On Sundays they have transportation to three different churches even though there might be just one person attending a particular church. There is entertainment but most isn't to my liking, or I've heard them over and over. There are many activities offered. Life here has changed since I came in [date removed] as we have more and more residents who really don't meet the definition of what I would call "independent living". That isn't just residents aging in place, but new residents are coming in already in a definite state of severe decline. I enjoy the pool exercise class and came to Town Village primarily because of the pool.
