Emily was a big help getting my furniture arranged, my pictures placed, and bookcases filled. EVERYONE here has been very helpful. Also, many thanks to Kim.

When I came to Northgate Park in October of 2024, I was warmly greeted with an infectious smile and hearty welcome by Emily, the move-in coordinator. On that day, she was in character, dressed as Dorothy from the Land of Oz. It didn’t take very long at all before I felt very comfortable and secure. From the start, I was made to feel important—like I mattered in the scope of things. In every facet of the operation of the facility, I have experienced staff who are dedicated to the care and well-being of the residents. Everyone is friendly and attentive to your needs! I tend to be a bit involved with my art and creativity, which keeps me occupied—so now I’m free to pursue whatever inspires me. In the meantime, Martha, Amber, Katie and Kim devote every waking hour to creating and managing various activities that keep the residents as busy as we want to be. And BINGO, three times a week, is a big hit! For the folks in wheelchairs, there are escorts—ever-present and ready to be of service. As difficult as it must be to cater to the tastebuds of over a hundred individuals, Dining Services Director Jacob is to be commended for keeping us well-fed. From the impeccable housekeepers and the extremely talented maintenance workers to the very caring, compassionate nursing staff—high standards abound! And I must give an honorable mention to the wonderful individuals who welcome visitors and manage a myriad of important tasks at the front desk and offices. I felt certain that when I gave up my house of 30 years and my late-model automobile, I had forfeited everything of value in my life. I was very wrong. Although I did relinquish my house, I soon found a home at Northgate Park.

I visited this facility I will move into Northgate Park. I've been there two or three times, and everybody has been friendly and accommodating and answers all your questions. One thing I liked about it was that because I'd lived in this neck of the woods for decades, I'd never even heard of the place. The gal said, "We rarely have any openings. In other words, we don't have to advertise. People go there, and they stay." The staff was very informative. I only had a lunch meal, but it was a hot meal. It was homemade. Two things they have: gluten-free and low salt, so all that is good for elderly people. The other menus have a variety and not just the same old thing. They're remodeling the room, new bathrooms, and everything in them. So, it should be top-notch when I get there.

During my search for an assisted living facility, I visited 8 and researched another 4, Northgate was by far the friendliest place. They have activities all day long, every day, with something for everyone. People are brought together for fun and refreshments, to give all a sense of community.

My father always talks about how much the staff check in with him. I am thankful for [name removed] getting him to do things he may not otherwise do. I think the value/money could be better

They took very good care of my mother. All the people on the staff are very friendly and help my mom whenever she needed it. The studio room was big enough for her. It’s was very clean and I highly recommend !!

I visited this facility Northgate Park is a very good facility. The rooms were great. The studio was big with a walk-in shower, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. They had picture windows, and since everything was on the first floor, they also had patios that you could walk out onto. I met with the salesperson and her boss, and I have no complaints about either of them. They did their job. We would have gone there if we could afford it.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident There's nothing I don't like about Northgate Park so far. I like everything about it. My mother has friends, she has activities, and she is living in her own little world. She loves it there. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. They text back and they keep me informed on what's going on. The building is very clean, very accessible, and very easy to get around. They have bingo, arts, and horse racing games. They have Catholic services, and they have other religious services. They have rosaries, too. You constantly see residents walking around, talking, playing cards, and visiting. You see a lot of people.

My mom has been living at Northgate Park since this past January and she has been happier than I've seen her in a long time!! They really care about their residents in all aspects of care, physically and emotionally!! The whole staff is involved with the entire operation, health care ,activities suitable for everyone, food service, laundry, cleanliness maintenance of the facility!! They also manage to involve the family of the residents , for ex.they had a lovely dance last night which was beautiful!!! Kudos to the whole staff!!! I would absolutely recommend this facility especially for peace of mind!!!

I visited this facility I went to Northgate Park. I like the positioning of the homes where my mom could go outside if she wanted to. I like all the different activities and things they have. I really like the staff, too. They were super friendly. The building was very clean and very nice. I saw their restaurant-style eating area where they order from a menu, and that was nice. I saw the therapy room. It's a little small, but it's nice. I like the family atmosphere that the place has. The facility seems old, but it looks very nice, and I still like that place.

They were very friendly. They work with you and work through any issues you may have until they are solved. Any issues we had were resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend Northgate Park to others looking.
