Team Training
Our associates are always up to date with the latest trainings in their specialties to keep you and your loved one safe. We focus on personal care, fall prevention, infection control, emergency preparedness, and more. Team members also work hard to get to know every resident and treat them like family, with a smile and kind word at every interaction, to help them feel at ease and comfortable.
User-Friendly Technology
Even when you can’t be with your loved one, easy-to-adopt technology helps keep your relationship close and your mind at ease about their day-to-day life. We offer tools like the LifeLoop app, which makes it easy to view upcoming events, menus, and more about the community’s activities for the day, as well as secure messaging. LifeLoop also offers the nationally recognized It’s Never 2 Late (iN2L) program, which uses simple touch-screen actions to encourage engagement without frustration: more than 4,000 programs to choose from, including cognitive and therapy activities, games, and spiritual content.
The Village Program®
Our proprietary Memory Care service, The Village Program®, supports residents with memory impairments like Alzheimer’s and dementia, maintaining their dignity and embracing each day. We create tailored care plans that honor residents’ histories, preferences, and abilities. You and your loved one will feel at ease knowing their days are spent with a warm, caring team, supporting them to live each day to the fullest.
