It is a terrible feeling to put your 63 year old child into the care of a “facility”. After five months I know it was the right decision, and I am thankful I found Vista Pointe for my son. The entire staff put the needs of the residents first. Some go way above and beyond.
Initially I met with [name removed], the director, with each of us sharing, my needs and what the facility had to offer. Following this he showed me through the immaculately clean facility, through on-going activities and the Memory Care section with introductions to the staff. I was impressed with the atmosphere and friendliness. It’s certainly worth consideration for your loved one.
My aunt who has lived here for years said a new girl who works in the kitchen has been so sweet to her and should be employee of the month. Her name is amy/aimy/aimee, she is described as a little young Mexican girl . My aunt is very iffy about people and usually always complains about food and servers but for the past couple days all she’s been talking about is that there has been no kitchen server who has had such a bright personality and persona like amy/amiee does. Amy/amiee goes above and beyond for residents and works so hard to keep them happy. Amy/aime/aimy is described as a talkative young adult who is very dedicated to work and loves people. I appreciate her for making my aunt feel safe at home.
The staff genuinely cares for my dad like he was their own family. I am comforted knowing he is in good hands. My mom recently passed away after a long illness and the entire staff has been there for my dad, actually our entire family, every step of the way. We wish to thank them from the bottom of our hearts.
Hi, I met with [name removed] for our tour of the facility. [name removed] is very nice and very knowledgeable. All of the staff that we saw and spoke with were wonderful. Even one of the residents had us doing puzzles. lol. The facility is very clean, I loved the dining room, and all of the activities they offer. Even a movie theater! I can see me and mom spending time together watching a movie and eating popcorn. I enjoyed the tour and would recommend a tour to anybody interested.
We want to express our deepest gratitude the Vista Pointe at Mira Loma staff. They meet my dad every day with phenomenal patience, calm grace, and dignity. Beyond the exceptional hands-on care, their constant communication and transparency gave our family immense peace of mind during an overwhelming chapter of our lives. This team didn't just care for him; they provided a steady pillar of support for all of us when we needed it most. Thank you for treating him with such dignity and for walking alongside our family. We are so comforted knowing he is continuing his journey within such a dedicated, loving community.
The facility is well kept. The cafeteria, exercise area, recreation room, and rooms make you feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cordially greeted, all my questions answered, encouraged to visit every corner if property w special attention to Memory Care
I was hesitant to view any facility but [Name Removed] quickly put me at ease. Vista Pointe is beautiful and very welcoming, There are plenty of varied activities for residents to participate in. Resident rooms are spacious and designed for comfort. The menu is varied and has a variety of selections.
I would give Vista Pointe 10 stars if I could. My husband was a resident there and everything that we experienced was only positive. The one bedroom suite that he was in was newly renovated and just perfect for him. The menu changed everyday and also offered items that you could order if you wanted something different. Many different activities were offered daily. Even a Friday Happy Hour with live entertainment!! The entire staff at Vista was positive, kind and truly caring . Somehow they know everyone by name !! A special shoutout to Shy, Joel, Mercy Aaron, Ms Tee. Also, the kitchen staff was amazing and so very patient If your love one needs an assisted living facility I hope you'll give Vista Pointe a tour
The employees are very nice. They go out of their way for residents and family.
I visited this facility We liked Vista Pointe at Mira Loma. We're moving both of my parents. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the size of the units. The staff was very informed, helpful, and answered all our questions. We liked the outdoor area where my dad to sit, and we appreciated how the units were configured.
We would give them a 5. Dad gets very good care & the staff is wonderful!
Beautiful place everyone is like family everyone gets along from what I see great cookies !! And treats and they do activities for them and good looking food kitchen staff friendly and the carestaff great job you guys !!
I would rate all of those things very high. The staff was first rate and very caring. Activities were mostly good. Mom was in memory care so did not participate in as much as others. The staff was not always available to take her to the concert, etc that were held in the main dining room. They tried to have smaller activities for the memory care people, but it was harder to get them to participate. The place was clean and friendly. I didn't see enough of the food to comment on it. They were low on census, so we got a great rate and we're very happy with the services.
My mother has lived in Vista Pointe at Mira Loma, The Village (Memory Care) for two years on July 29th. She has six grown children/spouses (so 12 of us), 14 grandkids and 8 great grandchildren…and tons of nieces, nephews and other family. We love our mother dearly and are very involved in The Village. At one point or another, The Village staff has met all of us and have treated us with kindness and care. Ms. Tee is incredible and her care team models after her expectations and all are just wonderful people to work with when in The Village. You can tell they all truly care for and nurture all residents as if they were their own family members. Two years ago, I was very scared at first to leave my mother, but because of the relationship I have built with Ms Tee and her team, I KNOW my mother is always safe, content and in good hands. Whenever I have questions or have a request, things are handled immediately and with care. I can’t say enough about The Village at Vista Pointe at Mira Loma. Beyond The Village staff, all staff…from the front desk, administration, sales, med techs, caregivers, dining staff and housekeeping (especially Jennifer!!) are wonderful people to work with always. Everyone is always very positive, immediately helpful and KIND! I highly recommend Vista Pointe at Mira Loma, The Village (MC). You will love working with Ms Tee and her care team.💜
I was very pleased with my experience today at Vista Pointe at Mira Loma. Aaron Phifer, the Sales Counselor, was extremely courteous and informative.
We moved my uncle into Vista Pointe at Mira Loma in Henderson, Nevada. The staff knows his name and greets all the residence with a smile. They are aware of each resident's needs. The large dining room can accommodate all the walkers and motorized chairs, and will also accommodate my uncle's daily food requests. They are all caring professionals. The place is clean and inviting.
We moved our uncle to Vista in January 2025. We were pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff was to him and to us. They know him by name and check on him regularly. There are plenty of activities if he chooses to engage. The dining room is quite large and accommodating to his daily requests. It is a clean and friendly place. I would recommend Vista to other families.
Overall, there's not one bad thing. It's just that they're terribly short-handed.
My loved one is a resident at Prestige Assisted Living at Mira Loma and overall the experience has been very good so far. The staff is good. The move in process was easy. However, the food is bland. Overall, I would recommend Prestige Assisted Living at Mira Loma to others.
I liked that the staff and administrators treated my mother with dignity and respect. They cared for my mother in a way that I couldn't. The support and love they offered when my mom went on hospice care was amazing. What stood out about this facility was the cleanliness, activities offered on a daily basis, and it looked more like a resort than assisted living.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My father has moved into Mira Loma. My dad chose that one just because the price was right in the middle among the three places that we saw. The staff is friendly and helpful. He is in a studio, and it's spacious enough for one person. It's very quiet and calm. It's about seven minutes from the shopping area, which is fine for when we come out or if they drive them over, but it's next to everything, so that's good. They offered refreshments.
I loved the staff and I especially loved the other residents. The staff had so many amazing activities for the residents and made sure to celebrate bdays and honor any military service. From the moment we visited the staff treated me like family and upon my numerous of visits... I felt like family.
