Placing my mother anywhere was and is very emotional and scary. The staff at Vista Pointe has made it easier. They are all so nice and professional! They really treat my mom with care and concern, like she is part of their family. 100% for Vista Pointe Staff and Facility! They are Amazing.
The staff at Vista Pointe is always professional, positive and respectful of residents requests. Transitioning to Vista Pointe was made easier with Shawn Cole’s “kid glove care” and expertise in addressing any concerns. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The dining room offers a multitude of nutritious meal options. There is a variety of daily activities from games, to crafts and regular exercise classes, providing opportunities for socializing. I am grateful my loved one spent her happiest days here.
Employees are very friendly and helpful. Shawn and Candy expedited a quickly needed move in for our family member!
Mom lived there three years. I could not ask for a better place. The staff if beyond caring. It's a family atmosphere. Loving and patient. We had Mom in two other facilities , not even compatible to Vista Point. Highly recommend . I am also a volunteer and it's a pleasure to spend time there
Shawn and the team at Vista Pointe went out of their way to help and accommodate my Mother on her transfer from another facility to Vista Pointe. Outstanding job done by all. Outstanding staff and employees. The most caring and helpful folks I have ever had to care for my needs in the time I have left on this earth. They make every day something special . The residents all seem to be happy and smile alot. Joy and love seem to be all around.
Moved a friend in here. They are so nice here, place is clean, staff amazing. Residents are friendly. He loves it, likes the food, staff, residents.
