My dad has been at Twin Rivers now about a month and has adjusted well! Clean and organized facility, wonderful meals by Cass, and great social activities. Nancy, Kelly and Mona among others are very helpful! Highly recommend if you are looking for a special place for your loved one.
It was hard moving my mom out of her house of 20+ yrs to an Assisted Living facility. The Executive director is wonderful! She made not only me and my mom feel welcomed but our whole family! The whole staff has been great, very friendly and helpful! The facility is kept clean and safe! My mom has adapted very well and the transition has gone very smoothly! I hear the food is good and the activities they provide are awesome!
Everyone that we've had contact with has been so nice and so helpful. All the common areas are so clean and bright and pleasant. My dad has only had great things to say about the food. He has enjoyed many of the activities. There's just always something going on there it seems. Group talks, lectures, trivia, games, bingo, crafts, etc. My Dad has a studio apartment and that's perfect for him. Plenty of room for what he needs.
Atmosphere is very welcoming, homey, and beautiful, and the staff are helpful and happy to answer questions. Unlike some of the other facilities we visited, this one doesn’t have any unpleasant odors.

The Village (memory care) at Twin Rivers has been my dad’s home for over a year now. I am assured that he is well cared for by the CNAs and Med Techs. The Village has a phenomenal activities director. When I visit, there is always something going on. There is a published monthly calender that shows all the activities. The director and other office staff are great as well—responsive to any concerns I might have. I know my dad is safe.
This is a wonderful place! Everything is clean, the workers are so friendly, especially Mona at the front desk, and the residents are so sweet. Highly recommend.
It is a wonderful place! First time I walked in Mona at the front desk with her beautiful smile and personality was so much help. Also the directors, Sheree and Nancy who helped me understand the purpose of the assisted living were absolutely the BEST! I would refer anyone to this assisted living!
Front desk is always polite and helpful explaining where I need to go. Everyone I’ve had a pleasure talking to always have a great attitude.
We’ve Been with Twin Rivers for months now and we have been blessed by the staff. Jessica hires great people for caregivers and Mona’s smile upfront makes our day!
The facility is always clean, well maintained and thoughtfully designed to feel like home rather than an institution. The meals are enjoyable and there’s plenty of engagement activities to keep the residents active.

Twin Rivers works hard to keep the residents engaged in activities throughout the day. They are friendly and courteous to the residents as well as a variety of other visitors to the facility. The property is always clean and well maintained. My mother has adapted to senior living at Twin Rivers with the help of all the staff. She considers it her home
I spent two months in Dallas and had several opportunities to visit my mom at Twin Rivers. I was highly impressed not only with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, but also the tenderness with which they take care of the residents. Lakeisha in particular is a breath of fresh air and brings enormous energy and compassion to the various activities that keep everyone sharp and engaged!
The staff in The Village Memory Care is kind and patient and treats its residents with respect and compassion. Lakeisha is especially caring and takes time to listen and learn about each resident and their families. Knowing my mom is safe and under her care gives my family great peace of mind.
I always look forward to being greeted by Mona’s smile and the rest of the staff are equally pleasant. Right down to Nolan who keeps everything up and running.
We have met so many wonderful folks at Twin Rivers. The fellowship is wonderful. The caregivers are very helpful in many ways. We would recommend this community to anyone who needs assisted living.
The facility was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. We found out what services were offered. We had a good tour, questions answered and were able to see which units were available.
I really enjoyed the settings, and the staff were excellent and friendly. I will pursue this location further and try and get my wife there. The building was clean and updated. The rooms i was shown were spacious and clean. I will give this facility a second viewing.
The facility is bright, light and CLEAN and doesn't smell like old people. Everyone is super nice - always smiling and extremely helpful if you need something or have a question.
Very friendly. The office staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with choosing Twin Rivers as the new home for your family member. The residents seem happy. The residents and staff interact quite well with one another.
I would rate Twin Rivers at a 5 on all 8 questions. They're truly amazing! The staff is super- fantastic and if there is any question or concern they are very prompt in addressing it! The residents always seem happy and comfortable. So much so, that I'd consider moving myself in there!
I volunteered at twin rivers, both in the assisted living side and the memory care unit. Wonderful place, great staff. Highly recommend! Mona was so helpful, and James, Nancy, Diana and Danielle. You guys rock!
We all want our family members to be healthy, happy and living independently. George Barrett (friend) owns a business called Joy Senior Living Services and offers his service free of charge. I contacted George to help me locate a senior living community that would be best for my Mother. George contacted me and said Twin Rivers Assisted Living and Memory Care in Richardson, Texas is a perfect place for your Mother. After my family and I met with management in 2022, we knew George was right. The Staff really cares about you and your family. We knew the transition into Assisted Living was going to be emotional and challenging at the same time. Twin Rivers Management made the transition so special for my Mother and our family. The unconditional love and support that is bestowed upon my Mother and our family is amazing! The minute you walk through the doors of Twin Rivers, you feel the spirit of love and happiness. The bright and cheery decor along with happy residents playing cards, attending happy hour, movie hour, church services and invigorating exercise time. As a society and especially in Retirement communities, it is extremely important to have the human interaction! Twin Rivers knows how to provide the many meaningful activities that make the Residents feel special and loved! Twin Rivers sets the bar really high for the level of care and attention to detail they provide. My Mother receives excellent care each and every day. Everyone at Twin Rivers is so respectful and very attentive to any questions you may have regarding maintenance, billing, health, etc., and the Chef even meets with Residents to gain input regarding meal plans. Nancy Harvath, Executive Director hires a staff that truly loves and cares about people and knows how to interact with the resident and their family members. We love the staff: Wayne - Sales Manager; Carlye - Wellness Director; Charlie - Chef; Diana, Danielle, Nolan, James, Housekeeping Team, Caregivers Team, Kaitlyn, Mona, Robert and Jass. We appreciate and love the entire Twin Rivers team who show up for work every day and love what they do. Many blessings to each of you. Thank you and keep up the great work!
I have been to many assisted living facilities,but this one off North Plano Rd is awesome!!!The management and staff made us feel right at home.l recommend you give them a try!!
The only issue we had was that the food wasn't hot when served. Overall, I would recommend the facility to others.
