It’s difficult to put into words exactly how I feel about the staff at The Willows of Easley. My Dad recently passed away and I couldn’t have found a more perfect place for him to spend his last few months. The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating to his situation. He would tell me daily that he was at home there, that he felt at peace there. He made friends, with staff as well as residents. When he started rapidly declining, they did all they could to support him as well as me along with our Gentiva Hospice nurses, Darlene and Elizabeth. Morgan, the head nurse, her techs, Ty, Shelby, Lisa and so many other staff members, like Lexus, wrapped my Dad in Grace throughout. It’s only been seven days, and it is still all very fresh in my mind. It was a wonderful place… I highly recommend The Willows of Easley.

My brother & sister got her moved her in on a Sunday and according to them everything went smoothly. Mom says that she really enjoys her apartment. [name removed] the Maint Manager came and set her tv channels & WiFi up. She says they come & clean the apartment once a week. Where her apartment is is convenient to one of the washer/dryer rooms, and she loves the midday meal! Also any interaction any of us have had with the staff has been very friendly! She says it’s a great place with great friendly people!

The Willows of Easley was a wonderful home away from home for mom. They did a great job of taking care of her and providing many opportunities for different activities on and off campus. My siblings and I didn't have to worry about her knowing that she was in good hands at The Willows of Easley!

I highly recommend The Willows Independent Care for anyone looking for a great place to live ! I moved my Mother in about a month ago and she loves it there. I would gladly give the rating 10 stars if I could. The staff as well as the residents we have met are very friendly and welcoming. Mother has everything she needs there and is very pleased!

I visited this facility I toured The Willows of Easley. My sister-in-law was going to reside there, but when they interviewed her and showed her the place, she was just too weak. They said they won't be able to take care of her. The employees were nice. I didn't taste the food, but I did see the menu. It looked delicious. Everything looked great. It's not an apartment. It's just one bedroom with one bath included. They were doing games and puzzles and things like that. They had a large area where people could gather and watch movies and stuff like that. They were very accommodating and very helpful.

We would have to give The Willows of Easley a 5 on all. We were very pleased with it all. I left because my own medical problems created a need for me to have my brother closer to me. Based on the experience we had with The Willows, we would recommend them to other families.

I would recommend. We picked this community because it was more convenient for my brother.

My dad passed away 5 years ago and my mom wanted to continue and stay in their house and have her independence. She was doing fine for a few years but the last few years had been more and more of a struggle. She was not eating properly and not feeling safe in her home. We finally talked her into considering a move to an independent or assisted living facility. She visited The Willows of Easley and loved everything about it. The facility, staff, and people were all great. She made the decision to move into The Willows, independent living facility. She has been there 3 months and loves it. The staff has been very attentive to her needs in all areas. She loves her 1 bedroom apartment. She has met a lot of people and made some good friends along the way. The food is very good and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate the residents. My mom now feels safe and secure. My brothers, sister and I are thankful she made the decision to move to The Willows. The Stills Family

I visited this facility I visited the Willows of Easley. The people were very nice and helpful. I was really impressed with the staff. What we saw were studio apartments. They seem to be well kept and well maintained. The food was good, I had one meal there. The dining areas were clean and well-kept. They have a small outdoor space.

I visited this facility The Willows of Easley was good, just a bit further away. They're very personable. They sat down and talked to me the whole time. It was probably the most dated, but it was clean. I thought the staff was really good. The strong point for The Willows of Easley was their staff, their people, and the attention. The individual apartments were a little bit smaller and not fresh. Some were carpeted. It could use some facelift maybe. They were doing some gospel singing when I was there.
