We were greeted by [name removed] She presented all of the amenities and explained how the process worked with patience and understanding. We greatly appreciated the time and expertise she shared with us.
FIves across the board. Everything was top notch from very first hello. Staff exceptional
Every issue in question was handled beautifully and resolved quickly, with the help of Jennifer. She’s very professional and an excellent asset to Rancho Estates! 🏡 Also, Gerry, one of the caregivers, is a valuable asset. He’s responsive, willing to learn, and dependable. In time, with good training, his future should be in management! Jennifer is by far the most impressive employee whom I have met in my experience living here. Her appearance, attitude, strong character, willingness to listen, and follow through, are excellent qualities for Rancho Estates. She has made my stay here easy and comfortable, enabling my recovery to go smoothly!
My wife, Jennifer Bek, and I have looked at many memory care facilities in Tucson before we entered the front door of the Ranch Estates of Tucson. Our experience at the Ranch Estates has been far superior to any other facility that we have entered because of the people that we met on that very first day about three or four weeks ago. When we walked in the door, we were approached by your sales director, Jennifer Peris. Because of her incredible warm, charismatic person we knew at that moment that we were in good hands. Mrs. Peris has the ability to listen and understand. Mrs. Peris treated us with courtesy, love, and true professional caring. Miss Peris is one of the most, if not the most, professional sales manager that we have met in our search for a safe environment for my wife to live in. We also met Tippy at the front desk, who was most caring and loving in the way she approached us and welcomed us into the Ranch Estates of Tucson and then we met Anna Pitzlin, The life enrichment Manager. And then we met Felipe in maintenance. No matter what their position at the Ranch Estates is, each one had the same sincere and loving qualities of acceptance. I want to especially thank Mrs Peris for the comfort given to me, the caregiver, each day as I am going thru the difficult transition. Mrs Perez is very skilled in her ability to understand at a deep level what both my wife and I are going through. Every day we entered the facility to discuss coming into the memory care unit Mrs Peris met us, talked to us and supported us. You are fortunate to have her on your staff. In fact, you are fortunate to have everyone that I mentioned and many others that I have not mentioned because they appear to be a team that treats everyone with dignity and respect. My wife entered the memory care unit nearly 2 weeks ago now on August 31st. This transition has been extremely difficult for both my wife and myself. However, your staff understands that and comforts us every day. I can’t thank Mrs Peris and her team enough. Richard Bek
We absolutely love living at the ranch. It’s very homey and all the staff knows your name. It’s a good feeling to know you are taken care of. The food is excellent and on time.
Great place to live, staff is friendly and the building is so clean!
A great place to live! I've made great friends and really enjoy thirsty Thursdays!
I lived at the Ranch for a year & a half. The previous place was a smaller facility more expensive and the food was mediocre. We loved it here & I plan on never leaving!! My favorite employee is Anna because she always goes above & beyond...
I love loving at The Ranch! The staff go above and beyond everyday to make sure Im engaged in activities(even exciercise class which is not my favorite but I know it's good for me.) The front desk is also top notch! I would highly recommend living here.
The staff at ranch estates are fantastic they are extremely accommodating and kind!! Mike Soto the executive director truly cares about his residents and does everything in his power to make the transition from home to assisted living smooth and stress free for not only the resident but their families. Alexis one of the caregivers is so kind and truly makes her residents feel loved, seen and safe! They have both taken time out of their personal days to ensure my grandmother moved in safely and happily!
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The Ranch Estates of Tucson was an excellent, excellent facility. They were very kind to my brother. They went above and beyond, I would say, in terms of their attention and concern. I would give them the highest marking. The staff members were excellent. They were like family. My brother never participated in any activities. That wasn't what he was interested in. They have common areas when you walk in. However, I don't know what else they have because I would just go to his apartment or his room and bypass everything else. When he was in memory care, I recalled in the dining room, they had group activities going on. My brother didn't eat a whole lot. He ordered a lot of food when he was in assisted living. I don't know how to fairly assess that because my brother was very picky and wouldn't eat anything that wasn't healthy, and so he ordered like fruits from Walmart. The facility was very nice and very clean. I don't know what other places charge, but I think it was fair. As he needed more help, the cost went up of course. It was reasonable.
Friendly, made mom feel comfortable, nice facility, good staff. I would recommend The Ranch Estates of Tucson to others
I had a fantastic experience with Ranch Estates of Tucson! They truly pulled everything together for my client and made the entire process incredibly smooth. The transition happened quickly, including a fast discharge from rehab, but everything was handled with professionalism and care. The clinical team did an excellent job ensuring a safe admission, which gave me great confidence in their services. A special thank you to Melissa from the sales team—she made everything seamless and was a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely refer clients here again. Highly recommend!
The Ranch Estates of Tucson is a very beautiful facility, staff was wonderful, and [Name Removed] who gave us the tour, was great! Lots of great activities for residents, very calming atmosphere.
As someone who is in the business of helping Individuals or Familes in locating the best possible care options in Tucson, I understand choosing the right community or home, for a loved one is a huge decision, but The Ranch Estates of Tucson will make it an easy one. From the moment you walk in, it will not feel like a "facility"—its much more of a vibrant, welcoming neighborhood, that is completely capable of taking care of your Assited Living or Memory care needs. The staff is exceptional. They don’t just provide care; they build real relationships with the residents. Whether it’s the nursing team’s patience or the dining staff remembering your personl dining choices, the attention to detail is unmatched. The Care team is excellent, the executive team is awesome, from the Executive Director, thru Sales, and if your fortunate to work with Melissa Lake on your visits, do know, your in great hands, Melissa, not only is professional, she is extremely knowledgable in the challenges and issues, surrounding Dementia or Alzheimers needs, she just cares deeply, for her residents, and will work dilligently to make this transition a smooth one for you. You can't go wrong, in seriously considering The Ranch Estates for your loved ones or yourself.
My father was at Ranch Estates of Tucson for almost two years, and it was a wonderful experience. After my mother passed away, we discovered my father had the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s as well as various health issues. We needed to find a new home for my father, and that home was Ranch Estates’ Assisted Living. The staff at Ranch Estates were extremely supportive and understanding of his condition and issues. We were able to get him on a regular schedule with meals, meds, and activities, which helped to improve his health and wellbeing. Happy hours with outside musicians and treats (but no alcohol) on Wednesdays were wonderful! When his Alzheimer’s worsened, we moved him into Memory Care. Mike, Nelva, Dani, and all of the staff were amazing and made this transition incredibly easy. We really appreciated the design and layout of the facilities, so moving my father into Memory Care seemed very similar and familiar to him. Nelva and her team keep the MC residents very busy and engaged, which helped with my father’s transition. When my father was diagnosed with cancer, Ranch Estates worked closely with the hospice group and our family until his passing. The staff definitely helped us through a difficult time, and I always felt my father was in good hands. Throughout my father’s stay at Ranch Estates, all of the staff (from the receptionists to the medtechs) were topnotch and cared deeply for my father and us. They were and are truly like family! Note from two years ago: Lori Donahue was a great help when we were looking for assisted living arrangements for my father. The facility is well run and maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. His room was clean, freshly painted, and in excellent condition. We are very pleased with the help Lori and all of the staff have provided.
For any assisted living needs this is the place you want to go! The Executive Director Mike Soto has been fantastic, and is always very helpful!
5 stars. My loved one lives 1,500 miles from me and It was necessary for all of the arrangements to be made either over the phone or via email and facetime. After a few weeks of narrowing down the choices for Asissted living communities in Tucson, we chose The Ranch Estates of Tucson. The marketing team was kind, honest and receptive to my questions and my moms particular needs. They met me where I was, kind of a mess and worried about the future. They talked with me like we were already family. That alone was a gift. Information was communicated in a straight forward and prompt fashion that I really appreciated. The price was comparable to other facilities in the area. I liked the idea that they are a smaller, but not to small facility with all the same activities and amenities of the larger buildings. I wanted my mom to be able to age in place. The Ranch Estates has a memory care option also, making my decision even easier. I didn't want my mom to have to move again when her dementia makes it necessary for more care. I call quite often and the staff is never too busy to help with things that I can't do, living so far away. The director Mike Soto is a gem, caring and available as is the rest of the staff. At the time of this review, my mom has lived at the Ranch for going on three months and she is soo happy. Living her best life in a safe and all inclusive resort, with good food, fun things to do and lots new friends. If you are looking for a place you can trust with your loved ones, the Ranch Estates of Tucson is definitely one to look at. Written by someone who has 20 years of assisted living experience. Thank you to the staff of The Ranch Estates of Tucson for being the boots on the ground family for my mom. Toni Harvey
My wife and I moved her grandfather into The Ranch after extensive research for the best option in Tucson. We toured several places and ultimately decided on The Ranch. We couldn't be happier with this decision! It's a beautiful, updated facility with spacious apartments (high ceilings, big windows with a lot of natural light, all the safety elements, etc) and a dedicated staff that truly cares. One week into living there, the entire staff knew our grandfather's name and went above and beyond to help him get acclimated. One month in, The Ranch hosted a lovely housewarming party for our family and friends, complete with appetizers in a private room. The Ranch goes above and beyond for their residents. Tammy the sales director should have a different title because she's also like the 'house mom' and such a delight to be around! Mike, the director also takes a personal approach with residents and their families. If you're considering an assisted living in Tucson, this is it.
Ranch Estates is a great place. The facilities are very nice, the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff really make it stand out, because the are all very friendly and caring about the residents.
We moved dad in a couple months ago! It was the best decision we could have made. With the staff and help from Tammy it made it all possible.
Tippi at the front desk is outstanding. Greets every one that comes thru the door with a smile and a hello. Great attitude and knowledgeable. Always glad to see her.....
From the absolutely gorgeous community, to the staff, right down to sales and management, Ranch Estates is one of the most darling communities in the Oro Valley area. Their sales/marketing manager Tammy Cornett has the sweetest disposition, she loves on every single resident just like they are her own family. She is knowledgeable about her community, is always available to do tours, looks forward to spending time collaborating with other senior resources and she provides so much compassion for every person she meets. The community offers Assisted living and Memory care. They also have options for respite stays. They have studio, one and two bedroom apartments! Tons of amenities, activities and specialized programs. They have care givers, medication management, house keeping, dining staff and activities director! All in all, I completely love this community, I would recommend it to any of my clients and I have!
You guys are so good not only helpful & courtesy to visitors, but taking good care of all your patients in making them comfortable, happy, & feeling at home. Staff goes above and beyond. Roger & Betty
The Ranch Estates of Tucson is amazing. They are taking very good care of my Mother. It is an all-inclusive facility, meaning: staff is very engaged with the residents and caring, medical staff on-board, and the meals are delicious. What I really like is that the staff keeps the residents busy all the time. Considering that each resident has different needs or characteristics, the staff is so in tune with what is going on that they make it look effortless. I would recommend The Ranch to everyone!!
The Ranch Estates of Tucson is amazing. They are taking very good care of my Mother. My Mother has been living at The Ranch for 4.5 months. And, they host frequent events to include the families to come and participate. They make room for us too. Which is really nice ❤️
I love the staff and the residents.
I have been here for over 2 years and I enjoy being here so much. Made lot of friends and the staff are very helpful. Its a beautiful place.
Good. I love the weather in Tucson, I love the geography. I like everything about living here,
5 Stars!
I like the various activities they have in addition to providing food and place to stay.
Caregivers, dining staff, administrators and residents are a caring and concerned community that look out for all involved. Regulars visit by many residents family members are encouraged and appreciate by all. Activities, especially groups, are a lot of fun.
I very much like living here ([date removed)] great good attention to all.
I cannot even start with how helpful the whole facility is (and I wish I had the time to write a more fulsome review). But like almost anyone on here dealing with an aging loved one, it's an incredibly stressful experience and I'm living a 1000 miles away with my mom dealing with this challenging part of life. Weekly ER visits; something going wrong; horrific facilities that she then was discharged to - I cannot recount all the terrible healthcare experiences that I witnessed over the past year. But not at Rach Estates!! The team there did everything to assist with her move in and transition to life there. They made her feel welcome, brought her to all the activities and helped acclimate. I would give Ranch Estates more than 5 stars - they truly have saved us.
I want to compliment Felipe and Abel on their amazing work ethics. Always ready and willing to help when needed. Thank you for the time and effort you put into everything you do. Great customer service.
I moved my 80 yr old Mother with moderate dementia into Ranch Estates Tucson one year ago after she had lived in Wilmington, DE her ENTIRE LIFE. I obviously also live in AZ (16 yrs in Phoenix / Scottsdale - 1 hr 40 mins North of Ranch Estates. We have some additional family in Tucson that has been extremely helpful. The transition period (2-3 months) was difficult on Mom and her caregivers (me, her sister and the staff at Ranch Estates) since she did not yet have any resident friends and also missed her old home and friends in DE (owner for 22 years and lived alone). We moved Mom into a one bedroom at Ranch Estates after my Mom, me and an amazing/highly recommended Retirement Consultant (Ryan Williams - Care Patrol - Based in Scottsdale) looked at more than 20 Assisted Living Communities in Scottsdale (Expensive), Phoenix (wide range and prices), and Tucson/Oro Valley (Best Value for Great quality). After significant research, interviews with care givers and tours of multiple communities, we finally decided on Ranch Estates of Tucson…one year later, it remains the ABSOLUTE best decision we have made during the past three years of extreme challenges trying to get Mom somewhere both safe AND comfortable/luxurious!!!! Mom moved into the Ranch Estates Assisted Living Community in Sept ‘24 (90% of apartments are in Assisted Living Community w/ a smaller unit dedicated to Memory Care residents. Even though Mom has dementia, she is fully physically functional to care for herself at this point so she “tested/interviewed” relatively well and is currently at Level 1 Care (out of 4 or 5 levels), which means she just requires a lot of “re-directing” from the staff (reminders and instructions). They review the level of care required for each resident a couple times per year to ensure they are receiving the proper amount of help/attention…this is consistent with many of the communities I evaluated and fair, in my humble opinion! Why are my family, me (primary guardian of Mom), and my Mother so impressed with Ranch Estates to rate it 5***** with these glowing comments in one of my first and only google reviews??? 1. It all starts and ends with the STAFF…they are all incredible: Extremely Friendly, Compassionate, Professional and a lot of fun!!! When I dropped in last week to visit Mom, I witnessed from the shadows how Tammy and Tippi treated and interacted with her…I was soooo impressed by them AND extremely thankful that my Mom was under their care and support! I also frequently interact with several other Sr. staff members that have been amazing to work with including: Exec Director Mike Soto, Incredible Nurse Dani, and last but certainly not least, Sr Manager and the primary reason I selected Ranch Estates, Lori Donahue. The entire Ranch Estates Team is TOP Notch and leaps and bounds above the other finalist communities that I interviewed. 2. The facilities at Ranch Estates are first class. They have a movie theatre, cooking demonstration kitchen, outside courtyard, and most importantly a beautifully done restaurant where Mom and her new friends like to gather several times each day for meals. Mom likes to exercise by walking around the property a couple times daily, but RE also offers a gym for more motivated residents. After about two months of adjusting, Mom now considers RE her home, and she thinks she has lived there for years at this point (perfect)! 3. The cost of care is reasonable when compared with similar, high quality assisted living communities in Arizona. Obviously, any strong community of this type is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but I definitely found Ranch Estates to be the most affordable given the great amenities and staff. Overall, we could not be more pleased with our decision. Thank you to the amazing staff and community at the Ranch Estates of Tucson!!! ~ Brint Morrow (son of resident)
My mom loves living at the Ranch. Had everything my mom/family was looking for, friendly staff, located close to family, affordable
I would be happy to give them more stars! Everything from the first visit, to signing the lease, to move in and setup has been great. Tammy Cornett, the Sales Director, is a real gem. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate with my Mom making her transition to a new place at 96 super easy. And checking on her regularly to be sure she had everything she needed. The entire staff from the caregivers to the dining room staff knew Mom’s name. Abel and Felipe have been quick to adjust things in her room to be sure she’s comfortable. I highly recommend The Ranch Estates because of their helpful and caring staff under the leadership of the executive director, Mike Soto. You or your loved ones will be treated like family at The Ranch Estates.
I attended a great event at the Ranch Estates hosted by Tammy Cornett. Beautiful property and lovely staff!
Such a beautiful, friendly community. Low ratios of staff to residents. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They really have a caring heart for caring for our seniors.
I took a tour & had lunch at The Ranch Estates of Tucson today & was very impressed! It is a beautiful community… lovely common areas, gorgeous courtyard & the food was great (we all know that matters the most!).
The aids really cater to the needs of the seniors. They make sure any meds required are dispensed daily. If the senior has difficulty making their way to the restaurant, they will either bring them there or they will bring them their meal. Very friendly and helpful! I will say that communication with the medical staff could be improved, but it is rare.
Pros: Friendly and genuinely concerned staff, very nice and modern facility. Cons: Very minor - Reduce cost of meals for visitors. However, we would recommend this community to other families.
Beautiful property and Lori was SO accommodating and helpful. Searching for assisted living is overwhelming, but Lori helped make this a little easier on my family. 🩷🩷
I took a tour of this facility with Lori to see if this was an appropriate place for my elderly parents. The place is amazingly homey as advertised. There are numerous gathering spaces for residents to socialize and which can be used for family activities. I was there during the lunch period and the food smelled good and the menu is impressive.
I had an outstanding experience at The Ranch Estates in Tucson, Arizona, primarily due to the exceptional service provided by Lori Donahue, the sales Director. Lori is excellent, knowledgeable, efficient, kind and personable. Her dedication and genuine care for residents and their families made the process smooth and stress-free. Lori’s professionalism and warm personality set a high standard for the facility. The Ranch Estates offers a comfortable and welcoming environment, with well-maintained amenities and a variety of activities that cater to residents interest. The staff is attentive and compassionate, ensuring that residents receive the best care possible. Overall, I highly recommend The Ranch Estates for anyone seeking a retirement facility in Tucson. The excellent amenities and warm and friendly atmosphere makes it a wonderful place for a loved one’s.
Lori was very knowledgeable and made us getting a place for my mother so easy.
What a warm welcome. Lori gave me a great tour and throughout the engaged the residents and the staff with grace and compassion. The entire facility was clean and comfortable and the room I previewed was beautiful.
My husband and I had our first visit to the Ranch Estates of Tucson today. We are considering such a community for my mom. We scheduled a tour with the Sales Director, Lori Donahue who was prompt and attentive with all communications since I first reached out. We left today with a strong positive first impression. The staff and residents were friendly and happy. The property is well maintained, cared for and inviting. I would certainly recommend a visit and consideration for anyone looking for a new home for their loved one.
Lori was great in responding to calls and taking us a tour of the facility and so thorough about answering our questions!!!
Great experience so far. [name removed] has been fantastic helping us every step of the. She's gone above and beyond the call of duty. A highly recommend the Estates of Tucson! My sister is very happy there.
I am so pleased with how my dear friend, Ruth, is treated in her new home. Laurie, the outreach person was our first encounter with The Ranch. She was warm and inviting and painted a very clear picture of what would be offered and the financial cost to Ruth. There were no surprises. Ruth was 95 years old when she came to live at The Ranch. She had become increasingly isolated in her home. More and more dependent on friends and neighbors to help her shop, clean, cook and help her bathe. It was a difficult decision for her to leave her home but she has thrived with the love, care and friendships of caregivers and staff. Everyone greets her by name and tells her how much they love her. Laurie continues to check in on her regularly and treats her like her own family. Laurie also has visited Ruth during a recent hospitalization when she had a minor procedure. I can’t name all of the lovely personnel at The Ranch, but from the front desk gals, to the housekeepers, (Norma and Rachel) to the kitchen staff and the caretakers(Colyn and Isiah), they are absolutely amazing. We are so thankful. In appreciation, Ruth and Jamie
Lori did a fantastic job with tour and getting my mom moved into her new home. She is so kind and is always doing special things for her. Thank you Lori!
They have an amazing Sales Director by the name of Lori Donahue who works miracles in assisting clients and people looking for an assisted living or memory care facility. She has that "can do" ability to solve problems and help people with any problems that might arise in transitioning a loved one to the facility. She is fantastic!
I go there at least weekly to visit and support the residents. The management has been very supportive of their residents and Tippi has been amazing to help make it happen. I really do think they care, which makes this place unique and special.
The Ranch Estates of Tucson is a beautiful and welcoming assisted living facility. The best part of the experience has been the sales director, Lori Donahue and her amazing ability to show compassion and care for my sister. Lori goes above and beyond to make sure my sister is given the best of care and attention. I highly recommend The Ranch Estates to any senior that needs to be in a wonderful atmosphere with caring people.
Lori Donahue gave us a tour of this facility. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Her voice was compassionate and the light in her eyes matched the smile on her face. The facility was beautiful and the people friendly.
Lori is great to work with and has empathy and compassion. The team takes excellent of the of families and seniors at The Ranch of Tuscan. Love working with them!
I am very impressed by the friendliness of the staff at Ranch Estates. The nurses are so dedicated to the comfort of the residents and Tiff at the front desk is always helpful, cheerful, and willing to help in anyway she can. She knows all the residents and their families and makes the Ranch such a beautiful home for everyone!!
I am incredibly grateful for the compassionate and dedicated service provided by Tippi who sits up front at The Ranch. From the very first day, she has gone above and beyond to ensure that my loved one (my mother) feels comfortable, safe, and valued. Tippi consistently demonstrates patience, kindness, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals with memory challenges, including us family members that are coming and going all the time. It's clear that she genuinely care about the residents. Thank you, Tippi, for your outstanding work and unwavering dedication. We are so fortunate to have you as part of my mother's care team! ~Chris S.
I took a tour of The Ranch Estates in Tucson today. I absolutely loved everything about it. The lobby was beautiful warm and welcoming. Lori showed me the entire facility. The grounds are beautiful. I looked at two different studios with different floor plans. This would be such a great place for my mom. She answered all my questions. And went over things I hadn’t thought to ask.
My siblings and I have been researching and visiting numerous assisted living communities for my parents. Although we are not ready to make a move yet, the Ranch Estates is at the top of our list. It is clean, nicely appointed with many outdoor spaces, and appears to have an attentive staff. Lori Donahue (sales director) is very accommodating, welcoming and engages with the residents. Overall, we had a very good impression of The Ranch Estates.
Lori did a great job.. Joyce Anderson
Here’s a shout-out to Lori and the transition team at The Ranch. We were in a time crunch while looking for a safe home for our friends. Lori made herself available to us repeatedly in person and by phone — even on weekends — to help us feel comfortable with this delicate decision. We had so many questions, and she patiently answered them all. Kudos to the team.
I always appreciate the opportunity to work with the Ranch Estates. Lori, the sales director, is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents, while Courtney, the business office manager, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs are met with attention to detail. Their team is responsive, and the clear communication makes the process smooth and reassuring for families. Maggie
Lori gave a wonderful tour and included important information throughout. Facility is nice and clean, staff is very friendly and environment is positive. Thank you Lori!
When my dad needed placement in an assisted living facility due to his increasing fall risk, we faced the challenge of finding a suitable home. The previous complex he lived at was understaffed, making it clear that a change was necessary. After consulting with Arizona Coordinated Care, we were recommended to The Ranch Estates of Tuscon. They provide a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the needs of its residents. From 24/7 medical supervision to medication management, regular wellness checks and transportation to appointments, they ensure that all aspects of care are covered. The staff at The Ranch has been exceptional. They are not only well-trained but also genuinely compassionate. With a solid staff-to-resident ratio, my dad receives the attention he requires, and we’ve noticed that caregivers take the time to get to know the residents personally. This thoughtful approach fosters a supportive atmosphere where everyone feels valued. One area where they could improve is the quality of food. While the menu includes a variety of options, the meals tend to feel institutional rather than home-cooked. This has been a disappointment, as good nutrition is vital for residents’ well-being. It’s the only reason we rated our experience with four stars instead of five.
I visited this facility The Ranch Estates of Tucson was a great facility. It was very clean. The person who took me on the tour was very knowledgeable. She introduced me to quite a few staff. She introduced me to the nurse who was in charge of the memory care unit. She was very nice. I got to see that particular unit and see how it's set up and everything. It was excellent. I had lunch with the lady who took me on the tour. The only drawback that I have about that facility is its way up north. It took me probably half an hour or more to get there. I wanted something kind of central to where we already live. The food was very good. She allowed me to choose from the menu that they had for that particular day at lunchtime. The cleanliness was great. Each area that I visited was very clean. They have a courtyard, which amazed me that residents will be allowed to go outside and sit up on the trees and that kind of thing.
As a Senior Placement agent, it’s nice to be able to have trust in the communities where my clients go to live. The Ranch Estates of Tucson is reliable in providing professional, friendly care to seniors. Lori Donahue is especially helpful in the initial transition to this lovely community.
Thank you Lori! I am so grateful for everything you did to help us find a place to care for my mother. I finally slept well knowing she will be cared for. I love The Ranch! It is the only place we went that truly felt like a home!
Lori Donahue, sales rep for The Ranch Estates was wonderful. Very easy to talk to and eased my mind regarding placing a loved one in Assisted Living.
Lori Donahue is one of the most hard working and compassionate people I’ve worked with. She is a huge asset to the ranch. She’s accommodating to all of the families we work with.
Connie was extremely helpful and a such a happy person. It is very clear to see that she loves her job. She was very knowledgeable on all aspects and made us feel very welcome.
My family and I are extremely grateful for Lori at The Ranch Estates Tucson. Let me first say that our path to get my father in law to Tucson was an extremely difficult one prior to meeting Lori. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and did not realize how little help there is to navigate the process of “rehoming” your loved one. I was feeling pretty hopeless in the process with so many road blocks. That was until one morning when I received a call from Lori at The Ranch. She is absolutely one of the most caring, empathetic, lovely people I have ever met and she took the reins to get our dad from Phoenix to Tucson to be close to us. This facility is also really beautiful with giant stone fireplaces, wood accent beams, a gym, movie theater, barber shop, a lovely walking/ sitting garden, seriously delicious food from a Michelin Chef. Every single staff member at The Ranch has gone above and beyond to make this transition as seamless as possible. This situation completely made a 180 when I met Lori. I now spend my days enjoying time with my dad in a beautiful atmosphere. Thank you, Lori for being the blessing my family needed. Thank you to all of the staff who make my dad’s atmosphere a home. We are forever grateful to you.
The Ranch Estates of Tucson is a beautiful community that I highly recommend for anyone seeking independent living, assisted living, or memory care. What truly sets this community apart is the dedication and exceptional work of the marketing director, Lori Donahue. Lori goes above and beyond in her role and is genuinely loved by all the families she meets. Thank you, Lori, for everything you do!
We toured the facility with Lori and it was very nice. My mother wanted a place with a pool and Lori referred us to their sister facility The Country Club of La Cholla. Until she mentioned it, we hadn’t seen or heard of the country club and Lori set up a tour with them immediately. Happily my mother is now living in independent care there and loves it. In the future it’s nice to know the memory care at the ranch estates will be there when we need it. Very grateful to Lori for her help!
Evaluated assisted living options at The Ranch Estates. Was a pleasant experience with Lori D.
The staff is very friendly and caring. They treat the residents with kindness and respect. My mom has had to go into memory care there and I don't feel I need to worry about her safety. The food was pretty good on the assisted living side, memory care is a different story. I know it is hard in this type of setting.
Impressed with the care and amenities my parents will have access to. Very friendly staff, from desk, kitchen, and maintenance.
They have NP's for primary cares that do house visits as well as any other medical services such as X Ray, and Blood draws, they have transportation to appointments and shopping. Super clean facility. I do think that they need to buy better food that is of higher quality. Also, have more interesting outings. It is the cheapest place in Tucson that is in a nice neighborhood.
Lori gave an excellent tour, answered all of our questions, and made my client feel relaxed and excited about the future.
When searching for an assisted living home for our family member, Lori was so helpful and caring. She made us feel welcomed.
We visited The Ranch Estates while searching for a wonderful assisted living facility for my father. I met with Lori Donahue, who couldn't have been more knowledgeable, warm, and perceptive. We toured the peaceful, well-maintained grounds and the resident areas. The hallways and rooms are clean and beautiful. Many amenities and activities for residents. Although I ended up bringing Dad home, at some point, he might be ready or need to go with assisted living. I know my Dad would be happy, comfortable, and well-cared-for at The Ranch Estates!
Very nice place, very nice people
Lori was so kind and answered all of our questions. The building was clean, comfortable well maintained. We enjoyed seeing all the excellent features and the great care they give ALL their residents.
Lori gave us a very informative and helpful tour. She explains things well and has a warm personality that helps when making a stressful decision. I felt comfortable working with her.
We had tour with our father. Lori Donahue, a sales director, was comforting, respectful, and understanding as she talked about the facility with him. We are still in discussions but the facility checked all the boxes and hopefully it will be his new home.
Has compassionate and expert care with dedicated memory care in a seperate part of the facility. I experienced nothing but professionalism from nursing staff to management. I highly recomend it and felt my loved one was in excellent hands
Lori Donahue is an excellent person!! She went above & beyond the call of duty when my brother in law relocated to The Ranch Estates. I can’t thank her enough!! L Beason
The team at The Ranch Estates Tucson were all terrific. That begins with the woman who met us and helped with the application and room selection. She is a great person. Over Dad’s short stay of 7 months before passing, the attendants, dining room staff, nurses, receptionists and management did every that was needed AND MORE. The other residents were very welcoming. Please visit and see if your loved one would enjoy being in this clean, beautiful and hospitable residence.
Very friendly and supportive staff. Fairly new building, which is kept in great shape. Meals are very good and served restaurant style.
The first person I met at Ranch Estates, when I went to visit, was Lori. She was so friendly and kind and was very understanding of the hard decisions I was having to make for my brother. She was knowledgeable about all aspects of the facility and explained things clearly. She made me feel comfortable and at home It was working with her that made me feel it was the best place for my brother. He is happy there and so am I. She always goes out of her way to say hi when I go to visit my brother and she always helps if i need something. Thank you Lori for all you do.
From the warm friendly greeting by Melissa, to the reassuring presence of Dani, and everyone in between, our first encounter with the staff at The Ranch Estates was extremely positive. We’ve decided that this is the place for mom and dad that will give them the best experience. I know they’ll be in good hands. -KK
Melissa has been a cheerful, informative guide thru these murkey times. I love that we have been able to "throw barbs" and have a great laugh. Thank you.
Lori and the staff at Ranch Estates went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable with this big decision. She was so compassionate and made us feel at ease right away. Lori provided all of the information we needed to make the decision to move my sister into this beautiful facility. It feels like a resort! So many amenities and activities for everyone. We are so fortunate to have this facility in our community!
My experience with Ranch Estates has been reassuring. I am handling arrangements for my brother. Being located in another state has made communication very important. I truly appreciate the compassion and care extended as my brother is settling into a new residence. Lori has been amazing!
I went in here a few days ago to take a friend and she was just going to look and see what her options were for assisted living we went and Lori met with us and to be honest I wasn't to fond of assisted care facilities but Lori was so helpful she explained everything to us gave us a tour around and showed us everything they had going on there and what they had to offer residents which was a lot and she honestly changed my view of how I saw assisted living facilities this is a really great place and Lori is beyond exceptional and goes out of her way to help everybody that goes in there find something that is fit for them and we didn't think that we were going to leave there with my friend becoming a resident but she ended up doing so and we are both really happy with the outcome and thank Lori for everything and all her help that she gave us I would recommend this place because it's very nice and they have a lot to offer the residents
The staff ( aides, housekeeping, activities director, and food service) are all friendly and helpful. The cost was reasonable, but now prices have exceeded cost of living.
Lori was absolutely amazing to work with as I reviewed the facility for family members. She went above and beyond with her time and attention and to make us feel comfortable. The facility is beautiful, the activities impressive and varied, and the food delicious.
Lori was amazing! She took a difficult situation and made it seamless for my mom to move in at a moment's notice, even coming in on her day off. She has continued to check in with me and I see her often talking to the other residents and making them feel special. She makes the Ranch Estates feel like home.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This is a great place when you need assisted living. We moved my uncle here, and he really loves it. He has dementia and needed to move into assisted living, and I feel like this is the prefect place for him. Lori, in the sales department, is an absolute joy! She is so friendly, answered all of our questions and seems genuine in her care for the residents here. All of the staff we have interacted with seem to be caring and concerned for my uncle. He lives in a one bedroom, which has a huge bathroom, and has a comfortable feeling to it. And when the day comes that he needs memory care, he can move to the memory care unit. The place is beautiful inside and there's plenty of daily activities to enjoy. I highly recommend The Ranch Estates of Tucson. I feel good every time I leave knowing that my uncle is in good hands!
I have been working with Lori in getting my mom placed into memory care from the hospital. After contacting other facilities, Lori has gone above and beyond in terms of responsiveness, knowledge and transparency. She worked with the hospital to get the necessary medical history filled out, consistently kept me up to date and ensured that my mom's transition into the facility would be smooth.
Meeting with Lori Donahue while moving in our family member was the best decision we made, she went out of her way to give me all the information I request. She went above and beyond. And thanks for the burgers. Kat
Lori Donahue is the most helpful person you could have ever wanted to meet, she went out of her way to make moving in our loved one easy and we know she will be taken care of.
Melissa is one of the most kind and caring person who I have ever met! We had the time mixed up for the appointment and she came in early to meet us! We love you Melissa! Keep on being YOU!
Investigated The Ranch Estates of Tucson to place a relative here. I highly recommend The Ranch Estates and Lori was a huge help in my search. Much appreciated. You cannot go wrong here.
Great facility with a great staff- This was the easiest choice I've had to make while relocating my father to Tucson... Lori Donahue is the best!
Our family just finished moving our parents into The Ranch memory care unit. The entire staff made this very difficult and emotional process as compassionate as possible. The staffing to patient ratios are very good and the skill level of the staff, both front office and memory care unit, is outstanding. I have a great peace of mind and confidence that mom and dad will have an engaging and highest quality of life and care possible. While difficult, this decision is best for the entire family and we are thankful for The Ranch.
I highly recommend The Ranch Estates of Tucson! Excellent staff! Great food! Caring nurses! Excellent communication! Fun activities!
The Ranch was great! It's a very nicely laid out two -story building with a large dining room and a theater and other various rooms for activities. It also has a memory care in the same building. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. We were referred there by two other families and knew another resident. All were very complimentary and we were delighted to find this place.
I'm so impressed with the care Mom is getting. This is a lovely place !
