We almost became residents but my office furniture and 2nd bedroom set would not be able to fit in the same room. We now need more sq footage than the bungalow had. Staff there are very professional and a very great credit to The Point at Meridian.
Very new, clean, and seems well managed. It has an advantage of only having room for 30 assisted living residents so it’s a very calm environment.
I attended a luncheon at The Pointe at Meridian and was also able to get a tour. It’s a beautiful community with every amenity imaginable. Friendly staff, great location and beautiful apartments.
I moved my mother to The Pointe at Meridian about seven weeks ago, and our experience has been completely positive in every way. After touring numerous other facilities, The Pointe was hands-down the best choice for her. Her assisted living studio apartment has the largest square footage of all of the facilities I toured. The Pointe is only about four years old so it is a new, clean, very comfortable and well appointed facility in all areas. My mom’s studio apartment has a full sized fridge and a microwave in the small kitchenette, a washer/dryer right in her room, and ample closet space. The activities are varied, including movie nights, social hour, outings, crafts, a small gym, dance and exercise classes, an on-site beauty salon, books, puzzles, etc. The meals are plentiful and varied, and available on a flexible schedule a full 12 hours every day. Most importantly, every single staff member we’ve encountered has been friendly and kind to my mother. Every staff member calls her by name and speaks to her whenever they see her. Laura at the front desk has been very helpful with answering all of our many questions as my mom has settled in. The kitchen and dining room staff, the med techs, the housekeeping staff, and recreation staff have all been unfailingly kind, attentive, and gentle with my mom as she has made this difficult transition. I know she is being well cared for. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to move her there. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone considering this kind of move for themselves or their loved one.
The Point at Meridian has been my mom’s home for the past year and a half. During that time, the staff and the residents have become part of her family. I could not have chosen a better place for my mom. The kitchen, maintenance, and management staff enjoy their jobs and genuinely love the residents as well. The Point has a very positive atmosphere and you can tell that residents feel at home. It is very clean and well maintained at all times. The kitchen staff takes pride in the meals and it shows. My mom loves all of the activities and stays very busy. The Point at Meridian is a wonderful place to live!
We moved our mother into Independent living at The Point at Meridian in July 2025. The first time I walked in I found the place to be warm, friendly and clean. A year later and The Point is still the same warm and inviting place. All of the staff are helpful and friendly - everyone says hello. My mother said this week that "the food is good, the place is clean and everyone is so nice". There are plenty of different activities to keep my mother busy. I would say her favorite is 'Movie night' on the big screen. If there comes a time when my mother has to move from independent living to assisted living or memory care there we be no doubt that she will continue to stay at The Point in Meridian. Thank you to the staff at The Point for all you do to keep our loved ones safe and secure.
Our dad has been at The Pointe for several years now, and our experience has been outstanding. Cheery atmosphere, clean, and pleasant place all around. The standout feature, however, has to be the people who work there. They all care deeply about their residents. I can mention a long list of names of great people there, but for fear of forgetting one, I will suffice it to say that it all starts with the leadership of Karen Zanelli. She sets a cultural tone that runs through the whole building, and it is one of caring, attention to detail and dignity for the residents. This also extends their visiting family members. Hats off to the team at The Pointe, and THANK YOU!
I toured The Pointe at Meridian today, and had such a wonderful experience thanks to Britania. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed and helped us better understand what life at The Pointe has to offer. Her compassion and genuine care made a difficult decision feel much more manageable. If you're looking into senior living options for a loved one, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Britania. She truly goes above and beyond, and we're so grateful for her guidance.
Met with Britannia Reyes for a tour. She was a great ambassador for the facility. Very knowledgeable. No question or concern went unanswered. I appreciated everything she did.
This building is beautiful, and staff are so friendly! We have heard so many positive things from families with loved ones residing in the community.
A good place to live. The apartments are well arranged and pleasant, Staff are great, and residents are friendly, there are plenty of activities.
My Mother has been a resident at The Pointe at Meridian for 4 years and calls it home. There really isn't another Retirement Living Center that comes close. I feel good knowing she is in a beautiful upscale community that has everything she needs. She recently told me: "The Food Service has greatly improved since Chad has taken over as Chef. Our servers are doing an excellent job, and the food has greatly improved. I am impressed that with the price of groceries we get the selections we do. I would like to give special thanks to Shawna and Laura who do such a fantastic job of making our life here so special. Shawna has so much energy and strives to make all of her contacts with the resident's fun. Laura is the perfect person to meet the resident's families and guests to our facility and to deal with the many concerns of the residents. I believe Karen is the reason we have resolved the problems of the past and that there has been such improvement. Karen communicates with us in her monthly meeting and shares any changes or information pertinent to the residents. Her door is always open, and she is willing to listen to the residents and when she is able acts immediately to resolve the issue. She also explains when the matter cannot be changed or resolved the way the residents wish."
Having my grandmother at the pointe has been a wonderful experience. She was living alone after losing her spouse. She was beginning to decline so as a family we felt she needed more. The pointe has given her a new life. The staff are amazing with care and our interactions with the management group has be very supportive. They have answered all our questions, concerns and given us great direction. The activity program is to say the least amazing. So many fun and exciting choices for the people who live here. This place is wonderful. I will recommend to anyone needing this type of care.
The Pointe at Meridian is a beautiful facility and the staff are very caring and helpful including when mom had to go on hospice they shined in every respect in dealing with mom and family members through the end. God bless The Pointe at Meridian and A Place For Mom in helping our family.
My mom has been at The Pointe in Meridian for two months, and we’ve been very impressed. The variety of daily activities such as live music, movie nights, and workout classes truly enhance the residents’ experience. Their dining room feels like a restaurant. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, and the residents have been warm and welcoming. I highly recommend The Pointe!
The Staff is exceptional, from Memory Care, to Maintenance. The food is awesome as well as the wait staff. Clean and odor free, which means a lot when looking for a place for your loved one. If I needed to go into a facility I would go here. Thank you all at The Pointe at Meeidian.
