I have been living here for over 2 years now and love it, It is a beautiful building with pool and flowers surrounding it. The apartments are nicely done with choice of size and balcony patios if you like. I have a handicapped apt. with everything provided for my husband to get around easily. There is staff present during the day who are very knowledgeable to help out.. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new place.
My mother has lived happily at Woodhaven Lakes for 2 years.The facility is well maintained, including the swimming pool, movie room and gym.Velma, etc keep the building spotless and I love the smell. At least once a month, free outings( a van is provided) head to Bucee's, Galveston, area parks and most recently to the Montgomery Quilt walk.And weekdays, opportunities for water aerobics, cards, dance, music, movie nights, etc are available. My mother enjoys walking around the lake in back.The staff, Debbie, Tiffany, etc. are welcoming, responsive, knowledgeable and caring. This is an Excellent home in a quiet area of Conroe.
Our Uncle Dave has been stuck at his apartment at Woodland lakes on 1488 for 5 days without ability to leave due to all the elevators being down. ALL OF THEM in an elderly place it not right. He visited this place and Kim / Liam helped our family. So refreshing to have people that actually care about seniors with disabilities.
I recently moved my father to Texas to be closer to me. The staff has been more than helpful, and the village is very well kept with a lot of beautiful amenities. There are lots of daily activities offered to the residents. I am very happy with our choice.
This is such a great community ! It’s so clean, and they really put a lot of effort to bring resources to their residents and helping them age gracefully .

We had to bring my great Aunt to live here , and she loves it! We all love the staff they are so sweet, and caring! Great place all around.
This senior living community offers a lake with a paved walking trail, a playground, a dog park, a pool, and a gym. There are so many options here you would never have to leave!!! This MEGA SENIOR 👌 CAMPUS offers active living, independent living, assisted living and memory care. Having all care options in one setting can help anyone AGE IN PLACE!
Kim was incredibly helpful and such a cheerful person. She made my mom feel completely comfortable, was very informative, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciate her kindness and exceptional support!
While the location didn't work for my family, we aboslutely love the property and staff. I highly recommend this community for anyone seeking an active community for their loved one. They are newer than most communities, have tons of amenities (which was a huge plus for my active parents), and options in the buidling (apts) and outside of the building (cottages).

I recently visited the Lakes at Woodhaven 55+ Community, and I was so impressed! The pricing is affordable and apartments are spacious, beautifully maintained, and designed with comfort and convenience in mind you can tell. The entire community has such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel right at home. One of the things that stood out most was how much thought has gone into creating a lifestyle, not just a place to live. The grounds are lovely, the common areas are inviting, and there’s a strong sense of community among the residents. It’s the perfect balance of comfort and convenience while still keeping your independence. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, which makes such a difference. You can tell they truly take pride in the community and the people who live there. If you’re looking for a beautiful 55+ apartment community with plenty of space, fair pricing, a warm environment, and a relaxing atmosphere, I would absolutely recommend The Lakes at Woodhaven!
Dee ? is helpful, friendly and professional. Even after decided that that this property was not a good fit for me she provided me with some names of properties and locations to check out. She answered my call on a Sunday. That never happens anywhere.
Sarah and Kim are absolutely wonderful to work with at The Lakes at Woodhaven Village! They are both incredibly knowledgeable about the community and truly care about their residents. I also have to give a special shoutout to Tiffany, who is so creative with all of the activities she puts together for the residents. The building itself is stunning and modernized, featuring a golf simulator, an amazing pool, and a theater, just to name a few highlights. It is the perfect place for those who want that warm community feel without the hassle of HOA fees. I would highly recommend The Lakes at Woodhaven Village, and if you get the chance to work with Sarah, Kim, and Tiffany, you are in great hands!
My touring time at the Lakes at Wood haven Village was awesome. This is an upper scale 55+ community.very modern, very clean, and very big in the downstairs social room. Any residents that I ran into are extremely friendly. But the most awesome of all was my tour guide, Debra. She is a very friendly, warm, patient, accommodating, and personable person. She spent a lot of time with me going to various apartments to try to make things fit that were on my bucket list. When I ran out of time, I went back the next day and spoke to Sarah. Who was incredibly busy but took time out to show me an apartment that actually fit my needs. It's a great place to be.
What a beautiful property! So well maintained and managed. Sarah and Debbie were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone 55+ who's looking for a welcoming and active option to call home!
The Lakes has so many activities, you will never be bored!! Great Location! A lake with paved walking trail, playground for grandkids, dog park, pool, gym, and many other amenities. Heather, Sarah, Debbie, JR, and Tiffany are all wonderful folks that will help you out whenever you need them. Stop by and take a look for yourself.

Excellent staff and excellent facility. Our daughter lives close by. She met everyone and toured the complex. She was very impressed, called us, we checked it out and moved in. Glad we did.

Sarah and her entire team were so friendly and welcoming. My mom is interested in moving and maybe considering apartment and this was a phenomenal experience. Even though we weren’t in the market immediately, she took the time to explain everything to us and show us all the floor plans and options. Should my mom elect to go to the apartment route. The facility was so new clean and just felt like home.

The Lakes at Woodhaven Village has been a remarkable experience for my wife and I The staff is hard working and caring. You can tell they want everyone to experience an active, fun, engaging, varied lifestyle. They don’t “make” you do things, they encourage you to be active and involved. They provide plenty of opportunities for everyone to find something they enjoy and get involved. And the pool is just outside the door
Sarah and Linda were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure the process of viewing The Lakes was seamless and stress-free. They were well-prepared, and had a genuine enthusiasm for answering every question with clarity and patience. From offering in-depth details about the property and surrounding area, their professionalism and approachable manner made a potentially overwhelming experience feel comfortable and even enjoyable. It was clear they were committed not just to making a lease agreement, but to helping me find the right fit.
I moved to the lakes in February 2025. Last night we had our first annual crawfish boil with live entertainment..I had a blast and there was standing room only. I was living in a rental home and found myself so bored and depressed. I have not been bored or depressed a single day. The management team and residents are family.The monthly activities calendar forgot to put time for a nap.. All in all I believe God sent me here, and all of us to comfort and love each other.. It’s obvious when you come into our home.
I moved in Feb 24, 2025. I enjoy new structure. Lots of activities scheduled. A mini lake is nearby where residents can fish and eat their caught fish. Its a gated community. Happy hour every Friday. I am within 15 minutes of most places I like to visit. Compared to Houston where I lived for 38 years, commute time is minimal meaning I do not have to schedule extra time because of road construction. Residents and staff are very friendly.
Living at the lakes is like living in a dormitory/resort. Complete with magnificent management staff such as Larissa, Sarah, Kimber and our maintenance man Roman. We are so lucky to have them. Couldn’t have picked a better place to retire and live the rest of my life out. Everyone here is so happy and it’s not easy to find that community spirit anywhere else. This management team truly cares about their residents and sees to our every needs. Come join us!

I visited this facility I toured The Lakes at Woodhaven Village. It's very well taken care of. It's gated. It has a great pool, not only just the pool. They have a hot tub and they also have laps where you can swim laps. There are all kinds of games and things. There's a coffee bar. There's all kinds of stuff. The apartment itself was very nice.
My experience with Kendra was very positive. I as greeted warmly by all the folks that were downstairs . I was very interested in the Buchanan Floor Plan. It was Top Notch. Kendra did a marvelous job in explaining the features of the unit. I loved both units and their locations. I would love to be at The Lakes, but I currently have large pieces of furniture that my late husband made that would not fit in the apt. Thanks Kendra for sharing this beautiful facility.
I am/was a resident of this facility I moved into The Lakes at Woodhaven Village. Everything is fine. There have been several items that I have asked for service on and they've complied with every request that I've asked for. I'm pretty happy that I'm living there. I like that it's brand new. I like that the kitchen is big. I like that the people are friendly and that it's quiet.
I visited this facility The staff at The Lakes at Woodhaven Village was excellent. The rooms were fine. I got a complete walkthrough. I got a sample of the food and it was good. The layout of the community was also good.

Mrs Kimber Rose showed me some beautiful apartments it was hard to pick! She was excellent in her job with a big smile and very cheerful! She was so kind in helping with all my looking and then changed my mind on one apartment to another!! Check it out!! My UPDATE On too let you know! This is a wonderful place to live! The Staff are the greatest! When we had the storm recently and all electricity was out here! They got a generator that help is and then they also cooked us breakfast, lunch, and dinner! They didn’t have to do all this for us! That goes to show you what a really great caring staff we have! They also got battery operated lights for us! Our staff went over and beyond for doing this! They didn’t have to cook etc for us but they did! I also love my apartment! It’s a 5 Star place to live in my opinion! I love love this place! I recommend you just come on by if your looking for a great place to live or just to come by to say Hi! We have a wonderful group of people living here! Also it is brand new place! I could go on and on about this wonderful place but I think you can tell how much I love this place! I think it’s a 5 Star which ever is the highest rating it is there😊

Such a lovely place! So many fun activities and the facilities are amazing. Pool, golf simulator, fishing pond, playground for the grandkids when they visit, dog park, movie theater, hair salon, fitness programs, highly recommend. Ask about move in specials - 2 months free with a one year lease. Tell them I sent you!!
Eddie and Kimber did a great job. Very professional and accommodating. The facilities are brand new. A must for active 55 and up.
I was very pleased by the apartments, the tour guide was exceptionally informative. My friend and I were ready to move in. Thank you all, everything was beautiful.

I couldn’t believe how patient they were with me. They would video each unit I was interested in. Sarah, the agent that help me choose was patient and explained every detail.

What an awesome facility! Brand new and the common area furnishings are beautiful! The Executive Director, Eddie Phelps was knowledgeable and thorough in his tour of the facility. This property is far superior to any that I have toured in the Conroe area!
After visiting many similar sites, The Lakes was by far the most impressive experience. Sarah is simply incredible. She is very personable, intuitive, super friendly, and knows all aspects of the property extremely well. She asked all the right questions to help me to find the best fit for my needs. I am so looking forward to moving to the Lakes.
Sara who is in charge of the independent living apartments is really nice. She spoken to us on the phone and sent us information. We went there to look at them and she explained everything about them. We really liked them alot. We took the application and brought back the deposit the next day. Can't wait to move in to this community!
State of the art apartments.
I have just put down a deposit on an apartment at Woodhaven, even though construction of the building is not yet complete. My confidence that I’ve made a good decision stems first from having looked at the construction completed so far and liking all I saw. But secondly—and more important—is the experience I’ve had with the leasing agent, Sarah. Before I had seen Woodhaven, we talked on the phone. Sarah listened patiently to everything I was looking for in a new home and answered, with enthusiasm, what Woodhaven offered to meet my desires. Then we met at the leasing office. Sarah demonstrated complete familiarity about Woodhaven. She showed me all the floor plans, described what each apartment offered, reviewed the amenities, and answered every question I had. I took a great deal of her time analyzing the apartments (I wanted to learn the locations, the views, how close each apartment was to an elevator, etc.). Sarah never rushed me; she made me feel she had all the time in the world to help me. She never came across to me as a pushy salesperson. She was more like a friend gently helping me to make the best decision appropriate for my interests. I believed—and still believe—I made the decision to put down the deposit knowing I had complete information about Woodhaven. I am confident I’ve made the right choice.
