I cannot say enough about the staff here. Awesome people and I’m going to miss them as I will be moving.
I’m very pleased with the experience. The two-bedroom accommodations are comfortable, and there is a good schedule of activities for residents to enjoy. The staff are very caring and attentive. The restaurant is clean and serves good-quality food, with three meals provided every day. Overall, it’s a caring and comfortable place with good amenities and services.
I love living here! It is such a blessing. The staff are all kind and respectful. The food is good with lots of choices. The activities are interesting. My apartment is almost too big for me. My husband likes it too. My son (who has down syndrome and lives with me) has made lots of friends and activities keep him busy. Thank you for guiding me to The Atrium.
Shawn Spencer was helpful to me, and he deserves credit because I was expecting an assisted living community. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication when I was first admitted.
We recently visited the Atrium with my mom and met with [name removed]. He was so nice and you can really tell he cares about his job and the residents at the Atrium. We also talked to a couple of residents who said they were very happy living there. Everything was clean and it looked like there was a lot of activities for the residents. My mom decided she is not ready to leave her house but I would be confident in recommending this facility.
[name removed] was exceptionally nice. I enjoyed meet with him. The facility was nice. But I think that it would be a bit much for my sister. I am looking for something smaller.
Everyone is nice and helpful. The place is very bright downstairs. The apartments are big enough and im looking forward to moving in.
This place is very nice. The staff is responsive and kind. There are activities that seem popular, though I don't participate in many of them. The food is really good with lots of choices. I am very happy here and recommend the Atrium very highly.
[name removed] was very helpful and passionate about his work and the residents. The apartment would be a perfect fit for my father in law but unfortunately he needs a little more assistance that is an extra cost and after adding that into the apartment cost the price was not very much different than assisted living. It is a wonderful place.
Very military friendly and affordable.[name removed] was great in responding to all questions quickly and took time with my Dad.
I visited this facility I like everything about the independent living at The Atrium of Belleville. However, my dad needs more than that. I enjoyed the staff I talked to, and the rooms are great. The dining facility is great, too. Everything is just easy access. Everything is good. The staff who gave the tour was very professional and very caring. He loves his job. They offered transportation, outings, and three meals a day. They offered laundry and said they had entertainment, which is on their schedule.
I moved in a little over a week ago and I have made to feel welcome. Everyone has been friendly and I love the food.
Staff is always attentive, accommodating and welcoming! The people that work there were the selling point for me! I think it's the food quality, at times that is lacking. I think it's hit or miss, which is probably normal.
I visited this facility I toured The Atrium of Belleville. The place itself was fine, but when I went in there I didn't expect to see people walking all over the place with walkers, and it just felt like I was in a nursing home. That was the main thing. Plus, they just had a small elevator for 75 residents. They were standing in line trying to get into the elevator. Their rooms were very nice. The man that took us around was very knowledgeable and very nice.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mom moved into The Atrium of Belleville's independent living. She's living fine, she likes her apartment, and she's making friends with the other residents. We are still getting settled but they were great at helping us set everything up. All of the staff have been great, too. It is an older building, but they keep it up very well. They have activities and a monthly calendar they put out, but I haven't seen this month's activities. One of the reasons we chose that place was for the value and the people there.
Shaun is greatest person at his job. That man gone above and beyond for Ray. He is tru to his word!! Man needs a raise for all he does for the clients!! Thank you Shaun!!
The management has recently changed, and there is a new group for special assistance. All as an effort to improve operations. The value for the money and the convenience of the facility location is wonderful.
We really feel welcomed into the community and did from the start. It has been easier to adjust than I anticipated, because everyone who works here is thoughtful, kind, helpful and accommodating. We were able to move our pets into our new apartment and our old pup loves all the attention. The new management is encouraging and enthusiastic. Every time I am downstairs there is something new. Since you only read this far to find out about the food…overall it is delicious, there are lots of choices and the best kitchen staff. **UPDATE**the cooks know how to cook eggs, any style, to perfection. I am told that is the sign of a skilled chef.

What we like the best about The Atrium of Belleville is that we like having the caregivers treat the patients with love and care . We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.
The process of finding the right living situation for a family member is very daunting, but Shaun was very helpful and gave me the confidence that The Atrium was the right choice for my sister. He is genuinely invested in the community and takes care to makes the residents feel very welcome and supported. The move-in process was smooth and my sister is enjoying her apartment and the friends that she's met at The Atrium. Great choice!
What a wonderful experience working with Shaun during the admission process. He has gone above and beyond to welcome my family member to their AL. As soon as we entered the building staff were very friendly and outgoing. This truly eased her mind. What a great experience. Thank you Shaun and staff!
Highly recommend Atrium for the same reason we picked it. Picked Atrium because it provides my Mother with the independence she needs.
