I am now very impressed with the Memory Care Unit! Unit manager, Donna, has assembled a wonderful and experienced leadership team. This has created a big change in the programming, staffing and quality of life for the Memory Care residents. I had a lot of anxiety about the quality of care for my loved one and was actively looking for another place. This has all changed and I can attest that the quality of care at this community truly provides dignity and a home-like experience. Management is most responsive to any concern before it becomes an issue.
My mother was a resident in the Memory Care unit at the Arbors from January of this year until yesterday. Right up to the day she passed, the caregivers at this facility were beyond empathetic. They showed my mother warmth and grace and helped her with dignity and compassion. I particularly want to thank Samantha Clark for always being available to me and communicating with me whether it was morning noon or night. I also want to give special thanks to Diesha, Dee-Dee, KeKe, Vida, Mimi, Crystal, Hailey and Donna for being so attentive to my mom. I appreciate each and everyone of you. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a home for your loved one.
My mother-in-law has been a resident in Assisted Living since January 2026. We chose this Community after carefully evaluating all others in the surrounding area. This one stood out as "Premier" and has not disappointed! The community is well maintained, has many various activities, dining food is above average, and it is led by a very passionate and dedicated Executive Director, Samantha Clark. While there is no perfect place, any concerns and/or suggestions we have had were respectively listened to by Samantha and promptly addressed. She has an Open Door Policy for all residents, staff and visitors which is most welcomed. We feel like we definitely made the right decision of choice at the Arbors.
My love ones just recently moved in and I met a few people since their move that I was impressed enough to leave a review. I met this lady in the lobby named Cara and she had great energy and very welcoming. I met Samantha and she asked if I needed anything and when I told her who my loved one was she knew where they were and their room number. I loved that since they just moved in. The community is also very clean and smelled great.
I recently visited the arbors. It was a great experience of the tour and I enjoyed the living space that they showed me. I would recommend it to anyone.
Arbors is an amazing home for my Mom. She is in the Assisted Living side. The accommodations are wonderful. Shout out to Samantha (Executive Director), Angela (Sales) April ( Care Coordinator) and Rachelle (Select PT Manager) for making our transition from rehab to here so smooth and easy. All the staff are so friendly. I am so thankful there was availability right away for my Mom. Thank you Arbors and Select!

I visited this facility My sister will move into The Arbors of Gulf Breeze. The proximity was the major deciding factor. In addition to being so close and convenient and having a full range of services, the overall presentation was the best. They were the brightest, and they smelled the best. The smell was popcorn and fried chicken, generally positive. They've been very helpful and friendly. The whole facility is fairly new, clean, and bright. It has that feeling of being recently built. Our location is very good. We're on the ground floor. She's very well located for easy access to the dining area. The gym is right across the hall from her. The library is three doors down the corridor. That aspect seems very positive.
I visited this facility I had a tour at The Arbors of Gulf Breeze. It's very nice. They're very friendly people. It's modern and clean. I was very impressed with the decor, cleanliness, the homey feeling, and the friendliness of all the people. It was great. I can't think of anything that I did not like. The staff members were just all wonderful. They're so helpful and so welcoming. They treated me like they already knew me, and I was welcomed there. It was a great feeling. I left there very happy. I walked through the cafeteria during lunchtime, and it just smelled wonderful. I wish I had the opportunity to stay. It looked very nice. It was a beautiful dining room.
Exceptionally professional and caring staff! My wife is in memory care and every thing is directed at mak her comfortable and secure. The food is very good and if she does not like the main course, they make her something she does like!
I have been in senior living for many years and The Arbors of Gulf Breeze has friendly staff and the residents have a full activity calendar. The community is always very clean and I see staff everywhere assisting their residents. Anytime a new management company absorbs a community there will be challenges and I see many positive moves made by Grace Management at The Arbors. I would happily move a loved one in if that time arises.

I visited this facility I toured The Arbors of Gulf Breeze, and that place is perfect. If ever I need anything, that is the place I would choose. The setup is perfect: the facility, the room, cleaning, hygiene, and gardening. The staff was very nice. The food is good.

Beautiful clean apartments and common areas. Good food with an extensive option menu. Friendly and helpful staff, variety of activities.
I visited this facility I visited The Arbors of Gulf Breeze. They had a beautiful courtyard. A lot of concierge services. They encourage people to do as much as they can, versus doing things for them, and they could do their laundry if they wanted to. They were very helpful. The executive director was very informative and she showed me everything I needed to see.
I would recommend to others. They have friendly and caring staff.
The Arbors has been great to so many of my friends, I would recommend them to anybody looking for a first class living facility.
