I have really enjoyed all the choices of activities, especially all the fitness classes. The fitness director is so knowledgeable and has helped me improve. The dining has been amazing with the staff and food options. They have a great management team on board.
There is a personal feeling when you enter the lobby. Everything is clean & new, the decorations are beautiful. Everything smells so clean. All the staff are extremely nice & kind, welcoming to all. It's a great place to live.
From the moment I walked in I was warmly welcomed. Everyone...from administrator to maintenance...is wonderful. The other residents, along with staff, have become close friends. The 1 1/2 years I have lived here have been my happiest in a long time.
All our staff consistently goes above and beyond to make our living experience here as comfortably happy and interesting as possible. We have wonderful exercise classes, crafts, movies and meals!
I am one of my grandma's caretakers and we have seen her thrive since moving her in 9 months ago. She's getting properly nourished, motivated to exercise, offered social activities and keep her mind active and challenged. She is so happy here and truly thriving!
Comfort, Care, Friendly, Clean. That's Snow Canyon Retirement. Lots of variety, great staff, excellent and varied food options. Plenty of activities to choose from. Responsive to Resident needs. A wonderful place to retire.
My mom had a wonderful time at Snow Canyon Retirement. I had peace of mind that she was safe and experienced a healthy and happy environment. The staff and the food was absolutely fantastic!! Thank you for taking care of my mom!!
My parents moved to a first floor 2 bed 2 bath independent living unit at snow canyon almost a year ago. Their unit is brand new and has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and patio. My parents are very particular and snow canyon was the only place that offered everything they wanted. They never planned on leaving their house or living in a retirement community but now they are very happy with the decision and say they can't imagine a better place than snow canyon. They tell me constantly how nice everyone is to them and how good the food is. My family visited many other options and nothing was even close to the atmosphere and elevated living that snow canyon offers. Since the number of residents is small, everyone is treated as an individual and is made to feel special. I could give a hundred examples of how above and beyond the team has gone for my parents and family. It's a place our whole family actually enjoys visiting (particularly the very nice pool and hot tub) and we no longer spend our time together worrying about our parents and figuring out logistics. Snow canyon helps with everything you can think of and has made time with our parents a joy instead of a burden. They even have a dementia family support group and educational seminars. Their holiday and family activities are incredible.

The units are great, but the staff’s even better especially Carol, she’s a 71-year-old and a 40-year-old body review! Does a great job keeping us active!

I wanted to share that I have recently moved my mother into assisted living at SCRC and could not be happier with the facilities, staff and property! Everyone there is beyond amazing, attentive and communicative. I do not live in the area so to know she is receiving amazing care makes the transition easier. Having the support from the staff and the ability to connect with them so easily reassures that my mother has the proper care she needs. The property is fantastic, all the activities and outdoor areas to relax in make it very comfortable. Also, a great place for families to visit and feel comfortable and welcome. Being a difficult time in life for our family, we know we made the right decision with SCRC.
My sister has been well taken care of at Snow Canyon retirement community. The Nursing staff respond to her needs quickly. She appreciates all the help they give her. The food is wonderful, they nicely accommodated a family gathering for us. I can't put into words how relieved I am that she's being taken care of and treated with respect.
I cannot say enough good things about the care my mother receives here. From a facility standpoint, the building is beautiful, the daily activities are wonderful, and the food is excellent. But the real heart of this community is the staff. Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's requires an immense amount of patience, and the team here goes above and beyond. They know my mom by name, treat her with genuine kindness, and ensure she feels safe and cared for every single day. The nursing staff is equally remarkable—they are incredibly attentive to her health needs and excellent about communicating with me regularly. Knowing she is in such capable, compassionate hands means the world to our family.
The nurses and caregivers at Snow Canyon have been very helpful and professional.
My parents moved here in September 2025. The facility is fantastic. The food is excellent with a nice variety of dishes to choose from. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to provide a personalized experience. The exercise classes are a fun way to get a workout and socialize. Snow Canyon offers a variety of activities such as crafts, movies, and live entertainment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for assisted living for themself or a loved one.
My uncle has been in the memory care for the past two months. Can't say enough about how Snow Canyon is. Accommodations are top notch. Beautiful new facility that is very well maintained. Staff are so considerate and caring. Which means alot to our family. Always positive and upbeat with my uncle, which is not easy with his personality. Food provided is outstanding. You can visit and eat in the dining area with your family. Love this place.

My father moved into Snow Canyon about 9 months ago. He has found it to be a very welcoming environment and has made many new friends and finds the staff delightful. The level of care and concern shown by staff is excellent. The food is outstanding in the dining room.
Michelle the head of sales was very easy to work with. No pressure and very thorough and honest in answering questions. She treated us to meals . The food was very good and well presented. The staff were caring and friendly. We decided it was a little soon for us to move but when the time is right Snow Canyon Retirement Community is our preference.
I was a day one move in and have loved the place every since. Nothing is perfect but snow canyon is very much a retirement resort. Meals are restaurant, not cafeteria quality. Facilities are outstanding and the setting is great.
We waited too long. That’s the honest truth. Like most families, we told ourselves my parents “weren’t ready.” So we made a move—but not to Snow Canyon at first. We chose another community, thinking they’d all be roughly the same. They’re not. We realized pretty quickly it wasn’t the right fit. So we did the work again, found Snow Canyon Retirement Community, and made the move. No comparison. What I expected at this stage of life was compromise. What we found at Snow Canyon was an upgrade. Michelle and her team have created something entirely different. The staff genuinely cares. The food is excellent. And there’s an energy here that feels like people living well—not just being taken care of. The biggest shift? My parents didn’t lose independence…they gained connection, support, and a better everyday life. Now they say it all the time: “We should have done this 20 years ago.” From my side, I didn’t realize how much weight I was carrying until it was gone. The peace of mind is real. If you’re sorting through options, I get it—we did too. Just know this: not all communities are the same. The difference is real. “It’s not like home, it is home.” For us, that turned out to be exactly right.
5 on everything. We are very happy. There is so much to do. She's participating in over 20 activities in a week. She loved the staff and the food. We love knowing she's safe and taken care of
Very nice and friendly place. The residents they treat with lots of respect. This place has lots of room and a comfortable atmosphere.
We have lived here at Snow Canyon for almost a year now and are so glad we made the decision to declutter and downsize from our home in St George. As residents in independent living all of our needs are met. We especially enjoy the exercise classes and the gym. We also enjoy playing pool! So many activities and entertainment in the evenings. But most important are the friendships we’ve made here with both residents and staff!

Amazing staff, and beautiful views. Large studio room with washer and dryer in the room. I think there are 2 different restaurants to dine at and they have a pool , golf simulator, and a putting green that wraps around the entire community! Lots of activities, and a great movie theater
My grandmother is living here. The staff is so much better than her last place. Brand new. They are very attentive , and the food in tge dinning room is really good. They charge for guests but the residents have it really good in the food department. They have vering levels of care and the are build more. Definitely check them out.

I have lived here for 3 months and it is fantastic. The food is excellent,plenty of activities,and the staff bends over backwards to fulfill any needs that arise. I sit on my balcony and stare at the red mountains with all their beauty.
I cannot say enough good things about Snow Canyon Retirement Community. All of the kindness, warmth, and compassion the employees show have made my mother a new person. Her experience since she moved from another assisted living facility to SCRC is like going from night to day. She is finally back to her happy self and that is completely because of the staff there. Everyone at every level does their job showing joy and deep caring for the members of the community. If my Mom were writing this she would want me to add a shout out for Chef Ken who shows that presentation is as important as a healthy meal. You won't want to go anywhere else to eat :)

All the lovely ladies I've spoken to at Snow Canyon Retirement Community are awesome ! Michelle, Sheila and Kylie have gone above and way beyond in helping me to find the best living arrangements. Their genuine empathy with my situation showed what incredible advocates they are for my husband and I. Of course their professionalism is top notch. But they lead with their heart, which is so refreshing, not only for Memory Care residents, but for all residents. The community has an understated elegance. It is light. And bright. Contemporary and cozy. The buildings are artfully placed amongst the stunning dramatic lava-strewn desertscape. While the location feels miles away from civilization, it is barely 10 minutes from Downtown St. George. This is truly gracious retirement living at its finest!
