We’ll also share practical insights for navigating the season with greater awareness and intention, including what to look for when spending time with an aging loved one and how to approach changes you may notice with care, compassion, and understanding.

Mended Hearts is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring hope in heart disease patients and their families. This group offers peer-to-peer support for those experiencing heart events.

Have you experienced a loss and are looking for a supportive space to share, reflect, and connect with others? Our Grief Support Group is here to offer understanding, conversation, and support.
Caregiver Support Group
2nd Thursday of Every Month | 1:00 – 2:00 PM and 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Please join us for our monthly caregiver support group. The group facilitator will discuss caregiving approaches and lead the group in a discussion about what works, what doesn’t and how to care for yourself during this challenging time. Enjoy refreshments and a time to share, laugh and vent with others who are caring for a loved one with Dementia within a safe space.
