Inspirations, Grace Management Community, in Pahrump, Nevada has been a lifesaver for our family! When my mom needed more care than I could give living out of state, she chose to move to Inspirations. The common areas and apartments are beautiful and kept very clean. The Dining Room offers a variety of delicious meals. There are so many activities and fun events to make life fun! The residents all look out for each other and you are sure to make new friends here! All of the staff treat you like their own family! They are so kind, patient and loving. I couldn’t ask for a better place or better people to help care for my mom!
Aaron Phifer and the team, at Inspirations, has made it easy for my mother to adjust to her new place. Constant communication and care has gone above and beyond what I could ever hope for. Thank you all, Tauna Prince
I have been coming to Inspiration’s for over a year now and have had the privilege to be a part of events and activities directly with the residents of Inspiration’s. They all show an appreciation and love for the staff and community that provides them with excellent care and service. I recommend Inspirations to those that need assisted living care to my patients and families.
Met with Aaron today. He was pleasant and full of information. The decision to move my loved one into a facility is difficult at best. Inspirations is clean and friendly and the staff is truly caring.

I walked by as Nathan was helping this sweet lady out of the office and into the vehicle. Let me tell you, they way he spoke with her and held her hand and had knowledge of her day melted my heart. His smile seamed genuine and it sounds as though he truly cared. Nathan keep up the good work, you are definitely making an impact!
Beautiful facility. I would have no hesitation to have a family member live here. All the staff I encountered were very caring and willing to answer all the questions we had.
The team and staff was amazing to work with. They did something a little special for one of their tenants by celebrating their birthday with one of our thrones!
We have been so welcomed from the start as we will be moving my Mother in Law in next month. They have made the process so stress free. Very thankful we found them.
My father moved into Inspirations towards the end of November 2025. He was in Inspirations for about 4 weeks when he passed away in the hospital. Everyone that works in Inspirations was very kind and helpful to my father and me. From the office staff to the front dest to the personnel in the cafeteria to the staff that handed out the medications, they were wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for the great job each and every one of them did. They all truly cared for my father and made his last days good. Thank you to all of you that work at Inspirations. When I first arrived I did want to be here BUT after I got used to my new environment I was happy to be here. I could not have lived at home alone and I enjoy the activities and social engagement. I’m glad I stayed in Pahrump at Inspirations.
Although I’m going back home it has been a really good experience here at Inspirations. I never thought I would be in a place like this and enjoying it. But I’m doing much better and want to go back to my house. I can tell you if I need this place in the future I would definitely come back.
This place is amazing and the apartments are very nice and the people working here are amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful and give top notch care to your loved ones and there are always activities scheduled so if you get bored there then it's your own fault, there's fun for everyone! The food is delicious and a great variety on the menu! My father in law lives there now and he's improved so much from when he was in a rehab facility, he's getting excellent care and nutritious food and we all appreciate the great care he's finally getting! Inspirations has been a lifesaver for him!!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Inspirations Senior Living. I love living here and I’m happy to call inspirations my forever home. There are lots of activities, food is great and I like all the people.
My first night here at Inspirations was on January 6th -today is February 9th! I have seen not one thing in the negative! My room, 123, is very comfortable. My room trashcan is emptied daily, the room cleaned weekly. The Dinning Room and Service, Excellent. Food Excellent. A few times an item is offered, and not on my favored list, there has always been an option available. Inspiration Employees !! Excellent !! Devoted, caring, helpful!! My 2nd or third night here, I forgot to place my personal alarm on my night stand, and wearing it in bed, I apparently rolled over on it and set it off! I was awaken by a young lady employee at 2 or 3 AM, asking if I was okay! I have been amazed by the service of ALL THE EMPLOYEES, their communications, with the residents, and, how often I am called by my first name... in most cases, there has been no formal introduction! Activities: Many, well planned...get us Residents out of our rooms, being active, moving, communicating, meeting others...All of us have our own story of why we are here. And, we have new friends!! I recently visited some relatives at Inspiration Senior Living in Pahrump, and I was honestly surprised by how nice and welcoming everyone is there. The staff treats my relative with so much kindness and respect, and you can really tell they care. One thing I really love is how they always have activities and things planned during the day. Knowing my relative has things to do and stays engaged when we can’t always be there gives our family a lot of peace of mind. I also had the pleasure of meeting Christina, who helps organize the activities and events. She is the sweetest, kindest person, and you can see how much joy she brings to the residents. She truly makes my relative happy, and that means everything to us. If you have a loved one who needs help or is looking for a place where they will be cared for and treated well, this is definitely a place worth checking out if they have availability.
What a wonderful experience this has been working with Bobbie getting my uncle Sully moved in!! This has been a very difficult transition for my uncle leaving his house to come into assisted-living, but Bobbie and all of the staff at this facility made it very very nice and stress free,thank you to everybody here my family and I really appreciate everybody!!
Inspirations in Pahrump is a beautiful place to live. The staff are so helpful and kind, the facility is clean and well kept, and the meals are delicious. Bobbie Osaka is a great leader!
The facility is always clean, modern with nice furnishings. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming with a smile. They treat the residents with smiles, and always ready to help. They also very welcoming and gracious with family visitors. They were a part of our family. Even when my father passed away, they still treated us with kindness, compassion and love. I highly recommend Inspirations to anyone looking for a family friendly, inviting, accommodating place to live.
This was my first experience in dealing with an assisted living facility. [name removed] at Inspirations Pahrump, NV was incredible. She answered all our questions and concerns. My 86 year old uncle had resisted even visiting. By the end of our appointment, he reserved his place at Inspirations senior living in Pahrump, NV. I have been overwhelmed at how nice and wonderful all the staff has been. I live in a different state and have called the front desk many times. They are so patient with me! [name removed] and [name removed] are great. Special people work here and I am sure at all the Inspiration facilities.
How many awesome adjectives can I list?? Bobbie in sales did what she said she would every single time. My 86 yr old uncle loves her and all the staff. They bend over backwards to get him to dialysis 3times a week plus all his other Dr appointments. Food is great. I can highly recommend Inspirations to anyone looking for an assisted living facility for your loved one.

What a find - I thought the memory care place we found for our mom back in the 90s was the bomb, but Inspirations Memory Care beats that place hands down. I feel like my brother is attended to with real compassion, kindness, and attention. I can't recommend Inspirations more highly.
I have had several friends and a relative there currently. The staff is compassionate caring and alert to the residents needs and concerns. It’s a truly safe environment and provides different levels of care to fit resident needs. After viewing several Other facilities this one proves to be an excellent choice and value. Thank you Danielle and your amazing staff.
Nothing more to say. Disappointed at the level of mental acuity for many residents. I was hoping for more lively interaction like game playing and conversations. It would be nice if you could figure out ahead of time what the other residents were like.
Mom moved in March of 2023 and was joined by dad. They were fantastic with Mom's Care and Dad continued to enjoy the New Apartment & new friends
Great place! Wonderful sweet staff. They take great care of my mother. She's doing much better than at home.
Started here in march 2023 for mom and dad moved in shortly after. Having them in a safe place made me human again.
I ONLY BEEN HERE SENCE [date removed]. This is the best place to live IN PAIRUMP, NV. You can't find better staff ANYwhere. The place is NOT a 5 stave Hotel, its a 4.5 star home... Welcome all.

I am happy to be in a place that feels like home. I require a lot of care after I had a stroke. The staff are caring compassionate and thorough they make me feel like family.
Bobbie is amazing. She is so friendly and helpful.
Very friendly listened to me and answered all my questions. Great tour of facilities and meet 9 or more residents and staff all where nice, also some dogs.
