I appreciate being able to easily communicate with the staff at anytime. They always are professional and friendly! I’ve never had an issue getting ahold of any staff members at anytime.
My grandfather has lived here now for 9 months. Moving him into Inspirations of Tempe was the best decision ever! This is not just a living facility, it’s a home. There is a sense of community of here. He was not the most social moving in and the staff have been so wonderful to him. They make him so comfortable and get him to participate in activities/ get him outside! I can’t recommend Inspirations of Tempe enough to people!!!
My family and I love Inspirations Of Tempe. My dad has been there for eight months and he is so revived and happy Gretchen and her team are so phenomenal. It’s amazing what a group of people that are in sync with each other can get done. I can’t say enough about this place I would put anybody there my mom, my aunt my uncle anyone they are so professional and assist you in anything that you need as a family member caring for your mom or dad so thanks again Inspirations Of Tempe.
The staff have been wonderful, from the MAs to the lady in the kitchen. They are so kind to my mom. They always address any questions I have quickly. My mom is in a studio, it's not huge but it's big enough. There's a mini fridge, cabinets and room for a sitting area. While I don't think any place is perfect, I do feel that she's safe there and taken care of.
The staff at Inspirations of Tempe are phenomenal! The atmosphere is family friendly and the care and activities are geared for the health and wellbeing of the residents. This is a great place for your loved ones. The employee at the front desk, Glenda, is always willing to assist and answer questions! She is polite, professional, and courteous! A definite draw for this company. The medical technician, Michelle, is so kind and caring towards the residents. The activities director, Kelly, is full of energy and provides great activities for the residents which are geared for their skill levels snd interests. There is even a Hairdresser at this facility on Wednesdays and Fridays that has over 30 years experience. A great place for your loved one!!
I had an amazing experience with Inspirations of Tempe. The facility was beautiful, welcoming, and filled with such kind and caring people. Gretchen, the Executive Director, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about the residents and staff!
They have all been fantastic at Inspirations of Tempe. I would recommend them to anyone.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother is in Inspirations of Tempe. The transition went very smoothly. Both the sales and marketing staff, as well as the program staff, were very friendly and informative. We visited a few times in advance. We found the place to be very clean and well-staffed. I feel that my mother was welcomed by the community. She's getting three good, well-designed meals a day. Her medications are being managed well. They have extra support staff and a very welcoming community there. The people that she's met there, both the employees as well as the other residents, have made her life happier and richer because of it, so we're very satisfied with the experience. She has a one-bedroom apartment. They have a small library, onsite PT and OT, and they have an activity room as well as a dining facility, all of which allow for a variety of activities. She's been to several of concerts that they brought into the main lobby area, which is suitable for that purpose. They also have a very nice central garden.
This place really cares about its residents. There is a sense of home there. Activities are plentiful with smiles all around.
Transitioning to assisted living can be daunting, but caring people can make all the difference. At Inspirations of Tempe that is what you will find: a community of caring people who serve their residents with love and grace. The facility itself is lovely and well-maintained. The meals are nutritious and the menus are varied. The on-site nursing and support staff are attentive and wonderfully patient. And, the monthly calendar is filled with a such a nice variety of activities, there really is something for everyone to enjoy. My mom is independently minded, a bit of an introvert, and very private about her own affairs, but she was welcomed with kindness by staff and residents alike. After just two months, I can honestly say she is both happier and healthier at Inspirations of Tempe than when she had been on her own.
All the staff have been wonderful! I know my mom is in good hands and I don’t have to worry about her. They are kind and patient in helping her adjust to her new place.
I have a family member at Inspirations of Tempe, and the improvement I have seen in the past 6 months is outstanding. I actually sleep at night knowing my loved one is being cared for and is safe. My family member is happy and has made so many new friends (She gets to go out with them on trips too!) The staff all show initiative to help and a want to care for others. I am so glad I chose Inspirations of Tempe, and you couldn't convince me to move my family member anywhere else. The pricing is very fair, (seemed high for me at first to be honest, but after touring around and learning the usual cost, it seems normal for Tempe)
Inspirations of Tempe is truly a first class facility from the warm welcome of the staff to the programs they have going on the dining experience the activities although I've only been a part of this institution for a couple of months. I really have nothing poorly to say about them, everyone is friendly and top-notch truly worth a visit if you're looking for a long-term care for your loved one.
Written by resident Judith E. Gretchen, the Executive Director, is the best thing to hit Inspirations of Tempe since blister pack meds! She listens to us; does her "due diligence", and takes action quickly. (I doubt she can even spell the word "dawdle"!) We are so glad she is here and hope that she grows old along with us.
My family member has been here for a while now, and we’ve had a great experience. They seem genuinely happy, and every time I visit, the other residents are friendly and engaged, which says a lot about the community. The staff has always been kind, welcoming, and attentive—we’ve never had any issues. Most importantly, we feel cared about and supported every time we walk through the doors. It brings our family peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such a warm and positive environment.
01-24-25 Update. My mom had passed away on 12-17- 24. In dealing with Inspirations during this difficult time I have learned how compassionate all the staff have been. My mother absolutely adored all of them and they treated her with kindness and compassion. I have to say thank you for rectifying any and all concerns. I believe that the staff is what makes this a special place. I recently had to stop by Inspirations after my mother's passing and was greeted with hugs and open arms, just as my mom was. Hearing great stories and admiration for my mother made me believe this is truly what home is all about. I want to thank all of the staff for their compassion and care for not only my mother but me as well. They really knew my mom and cared for her immensely. Pastor Lee thank you for your spiritual support and love of God that my mom cherished. I will miss hearing all the stories my mom would tell me about how much fun she had and how loved she felt. She made many wonderful friends and memories. 12-2-24 Update. I had a face to face meeting with the Director. Everything was addressed. It was comforting to hear the directors focus and dedication. Things are starting to turn around. The response times are improving greatly. The housekeeping has been upgraded and it appears there is more attention to detail. I look forward to completely transforming my review and adding more stars. Done and done.
My grandmother lives there, and she is always praising Azra. She worked so hard to take care of my grandma, and I wanted to thank her. I'm pleased with the location; my grandmother looks healthier now that she's been there
Azra is the sweetest and most gentle caregiver and med-tech I have ever met. I love Inspirations of Tempe, and it is because the residents here are the best, and the staff are too. They are becoming a part of my family, and Azra has played a big part in that. She has such a servant heart and I just wanted to say thank you! The staff has a strong sense of teamwork and I think Azra has been a big part in leading by example. She always gives her best, day in and day out and I couldn’t be more thankful I chose Inspirations of Tempe so I can be around people like Azra! There are so many amazing staff here but she deserves a shout out.
I am so pleased with Inpsirations of Tempe. I have my 93 year old mother in law there. She has actually improved mentally and physically since she has been there. They keep her involved and busy which is so important for her dementia. The director Gretchen is a joy to work with. She really cares and makes Inspirations of Tempe a wonderful home for my mother in law. ❤️
The reason I gave them 3, is due to the aides who dispense medication are not all the same page. The new hires, lack education. Overall, we appreciate all the support and care. We really are very pleased with "Inspirations of Tempe" and love all the residents there.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My brother moved to Inspirations of Tempe. I've been to a few places that kind of impressed me a little bit more, but it's very satisfactory. It's very good. The people there are very pleasant, easy to get along with, and very mindful of my brother's condition, and what he needs done and what he doesn't need. It's clean and well-kept. It's got a nice layout to it. As for the activities, I've seen the postings and it looks like there are plenty of things. My brother likes the food. It was good.
I am/was a resident of this facility I am a resident of Inspirations of Temp. It's a nice place and well-kept. The food is decent and everybody who works here, and that man is very helpful so far. They have lots of stuff to do. I'm unable to do a lot of what they're doing, but they do have a lot of different hobbies, classes, games, and all kinds of bingo.
You won't find a better place for your lives one then Inspirations of Tempe. [name removed] who you first meet is a fountain of knowledge to help make the transition seamless and comfortable. Give them a consideration, you won't be displeased.
I’ve been a resident for 3 months. I wanted to go from rehab to home, but really wasn’t up to being on my own. I came here very much not wanting to be in assisted living. Now 3 months in I can tell you this is a good, (no exceptional), place to be! What makes it exceptional is the staff! Every person I have come in contact with is wonderful, kind, genuinely caring. Every staff member will go above and beyond to ensure you know they are there to serve you and to exceed your expectations. There is a lot of heart and love given by the staff in every single area! I am so happy I came here. The other residents vary in age and needs. Everyone I have met has been delightful. I have never heard anyone say anything unkind about another person and everyone looks out for each other. It’s a giant family
I visited this facility I toured Inspirations of Tempe. They have a front desk lady who was very lovely. I walked in without an appointment. I was just around the area and swung on in, and they were very accommodating. Tracy was the lady that I toured with, and she was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I saw a lot of people out doing things. It was a very welcoming feeling. Like if you were strolling down the hallway, you would feel like you had friends in those rooms and there were people to stop and visit with. It was just a very sweet, very kind community. And it felt like people enjoyed each other there.
My mom is so happy at Inspirations of Tempe!! I have never come across a staff member that didn't smile and greet me. Staff members know my name even though I'm only there once a week - even the chef! I've had a few meals there and they were good. My mom had been able to try new foods she never considered before. I was surprised that my mom participates in activities, but she likes to play games and even do the crafts. The calendar is always full of activities for a variety of interests. My mom gets the care she needs and the one time she fell, I got a call immediately from the staff. I couldn't have found a more suitable place for her and I'm thankful that A Place for Mom helped me with the search.
I chose it initially due to location. When they were fully staffed, things were good… They just went through a huge turnover of people which made things difficult. My mother passed away last October so I don't know how it is now. I don't really have much more to add. There was so much turnover while we were there that often they were understaffed or didn't have a Director or you name it…
Traci Henderson was absolutely amazing. I called to schedule a tour and she was so extremely helpful. When we arrived, everyone in the community were welcoming. The Community was clean and fun to tour. Thank you Traci for showing us around the community and explaining how living in AL will benefit daily living. ♥️ Shermaine Napier-
My mother recently became a resident at Inspirations of Tempe and I have nothing but praise for this facility. Mom has improved so much, enjoys every activity that is offered and has made many new friends. The staff is wonderful and are so caring. The meals are varied, well balanced, and very good.
We just moved into inspirations of Tempe . The sales director Traci is amazing at her job. The ED Jannea came and gave a warm welcome and greeted me and my family in our new apartment home . Welcomed us to the new community told us her door is always open . She is here to serve. I have had the pleasure of meeting other residents at meals who spoke very highly of Jannea and the community. They are confident in her and the culture she brings. The nurse Erika has been Amazing and the staff on the floor are phenomenal. I am proud of my new home.
Touring this community was absolutely amazing, from the residents, to the staff, the interior and exterior spaces held for their residents. I haven’t seen senior living quite like this before. It’s so intimate yet upscale there is such a balance between the care and the feel of home. The services they offer for my family member seemed to be just what I am looking for. I truly look forward to the next steps moving forward!
The food is excellent, I eat here daily. 😋 the residents and staff are so kind and welcoming. Very clean.
