In this Grace Presents webinar, we’ll explore how to make the most of your time together while fostering meaningful connection and supporting healthy aging.
We’ll also share practical insights for navigating the season with greater awareness and intention, including what to look for when spending time with an aging loved one and how to approach changes you may notice with care, compassion, and understanding.

Caregiver Support Group
First Friday of the Month | 2:00 PM
Please join us for this free in-person support group! Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment for our community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. They also educate and inform participants about dementia and help participants develop methods and skills to solve problems.
