My friend had a stroke and couldn't be left alone until she had PT and needed daily help...The Beach House was contacted and was on top of it immediately..doo happy to say my girlfriend got a 1 bedroom at the Naples FL location and we both couldn't be happier!!+ She will have wonderful care and She loves the Facility for Assisted living until she can go home!!! Thank you Everyone I spoke with for your quick response and help.. Everyone couldn't have been nicer!! We Appreciate You All!!!
We have had a very positive experience so far. [name removed] helped get my father admitted immediately after he was discharged from the hospital, which made a stressful situation much easier for our family. One thing my father would enjoy is having more activities available, such as card games, bingo, or even occasional casino trips (I know that's a tall order!). Another major positive is how seamless the admission process was, especially since all three of his children live in different locations and are not local. I'm in California, my sister is in Tennessee, and my brother is in Jacksonville. Despite the distance, we feel confident that our dad is being well cared for and in good hands.
I am very impressed with The Beach House assisted living facility…I was checking out places for my brother and by the end of the tour knew that this was the place for him…it was top-notch in every category and ALL the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to help secure a residence for my brother…
The Beach has a warm, inviting entrance. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The building was very clean. The rooms are spacious

I moved my father into Beach House recently...If you’re looking for a truly exceptional assisted living experience, Beach House is the place. From the moment we toured, it was clear this isn’t just another facility—it’s a genuine home, built with dignity, comfort, and care at the center. Janet, Sky, Michele and the rest of the staff are outstanding: professional, attentive, and always greeting our loved one by name. They treat residents like family, not like patients, and the level of compassion shows in every interaction. Whether it’s help with daily living, medication management, or just a friendly conversation, they go the extra mile without being asked. The apartments and common areas are clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. Natural light, and lovely outdoor spaces make it easy to relax and feel at ease. The dining program is another highlight—meals are fresh, well‑planned, and cater to individual dietary needs without feeling institutional. The activity calendar is full of meaningful social, recreational, and cognitive programs, so residents are always engaged and never “just sitting.” What sets Beach House apart is the feeling of community. Families are welcomed, communication is clear and regular, and the management truly listens to feedback. As a family member, knowing our loved one is safe, happy, and respected in this environment brings tremendous peace of mind. If you’re considering assisted living, Beach House deserves your serious attention. It’s one of the best choices we’ve made for our family’s care and comfort.
Great move in experience for my mom! Staff is attentive and kind and there’s enough activities without being overwhelming for her. Her apartment is so cute and cozy and they made all the lights brighter for her low vision. They helped make a stressful transition as streamlined as possible for her and she is enjoying the community!
Beach House has made a very positive first impression for our family. My mom recently moved in, and from day one the facility has felt clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully run. Common areas are bright and welcoming, and everything we’ve seen so far has been in good order. I’ve eaten both lunch and dinner with her in the dining room over the past few days, and the food has been consistently good. Meals are well prepared, enjoyable, and feel like something you’d actually look forward to, not just standard institutional fare. The dining staff and caregivers have been attentive, friendly, and patient, which has made the transition much easier for all of us. One important thing to understand is that this is an assisted living facility. It’s a great fit if you’re looking for support, safety, and community, but it’s not the same level of care as a nursing home. As long as expectations are aligned with that, Beach House has been a place we feel comfortable and happy having our mom call home.

My wife and I moved her Mother to SW Florida recently from VA. We selected the Beach House and could not be happier with our decision. The staff is professional, courteous and always willing to lend a hand. The front office staff has been exceptional, and worked personally with us to make the process go as smoothly as possible. The best part is that when we visit, she always remarks how happy she is to be there! This is a testament to the dedication with which the staff operates every day!
The Beach House lives up to their motto, "It's not home. It is home." From their amazing prices, to their comfy style and decor, to the excellent management and staff, the Beach House is an enchantingly refreshing change of pace from the ordinary. The Beach House is a beautiful community with assisted living and memory care. Having levels care allow a senior to age in place. They have a wonderful team who shares the same mission to provide a forever home for your loved one. Would recommend their community!

They really do a wonderful job caring for the residents. The one bedroom is spacious. Plenty of room. The facility is clean, updated and nicely decorated. There are many activities offered for the residents. The activity directors do a great job encouraging participation and interact wonderfully with the residents. The food is good in the dining room. The dining room employees are professional and caring.
Visiting my old fishing buddy and he says it is working out quite well for him. He has friends he eats lunch and dinner with.
Shout out to Danny, Shirley, and all the staff working Christmas today in Nursing and Memory Care. The gift exchange and Santa who moved folks off the “naughty list” were a big hit with the residents today (12-25-24). BH has had some stumbles over the last few months, but there is never a doubt that they have staff who care and put thought into experiences for each resident. Support from corporate and leadership for high quality engagement and enrichment is a must.
The staff went above and beyond during the recent hurricanes. Great people and a clean facility.
My grandmother is staying in Beach House, and I want to highlight the excellent customer service! The entire team is outstanding—always kind, attentive, and professional. The food is delicious, and Chef Fernando's warmth and personal connection with all the residents make such a difference. It’s comforting to know my grandmother is in such good hands. We are truly grateful to have found this place. Highly recommended!

The beach house and staff were amazing! During the recent hurricanes, it was unbelievable how they made sure the residence were safe and cared for, the food was wonderful, the community is clean and is ran perfectly, the staff and residence seem very happy. The office staff was available to answer any questions. What a wonderful place!

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for giving us a tour of Beach House and for taking the time to answer all of our questions. Your caring and easygoing personalities clearly set a positive example for the staff. We truly appreciated how thoroughly you shared your insights and helped us better understand the community. After we debriefed, we all agreed that what stood out most was the lively, upbeat atmosphere and how happy the residents seemed. We were particularly impressed by the variety of group and individual activities, especially the group shell/reef project and the Air Force veteran with his model plane project, both of which showcased the engaging environment. Although we didn’t get a chance to meet the activities director due to her training session, please pass along our positive feedback to her. The community and its amenities are exceptional, and we feel confident it would be a wonderful home for our loved ones. We would also enthusiastically recommend it to our clients. An exceptional senior living community. Well run and staffed with caring professionals. When it was time to find a new home for my mom, I checked out every facility in the area and easily decided on Beach House. Management was accessible, caregivers friendly and professional, and the building and grounds immaculate. When it’s my time to need assistance, I’m going to Beach House!
I was extremely pleased with everything, Starting with the tour that the sales person provided, She was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The front desk persons all knew me by name and my mothers name. The facilities were always clean the Meals were always prompt, nutritious and generally tasty. The residents had several choices for each meal. The staff would know where my mom was the majority of the time and if they didn't, they promptly located her. That was in the assisted living portion. When my mom moved to memory, the staff always knew where was. The nurses are very competent, knowledgeable on her meds and would as much as needed to explain moms treatment. The Dr. would always return messages the facility also has a dentist come in a mobile office for patients
This place is wonderful, very trusted with my grandmother that has dementia. Food is good and the rooms are clean
