My name is Jackie and I am 90 years young. Due to unexpected circumstances,I became a resident of a senior residential living here at Augustine Landing. I never expected to live independently at my age. I am fortunate to have found the best place that affords me the things that makes me happy. I enjoy having my own apartment and being an active resident of my community, I have been appointed an ambassador to help new residents get acclimated to our community. I enjoy the many activities provide here which includes exercise classes, cooking, crafts, bingo, happy hour, excursions and much more. I enjoy the luxury of eating my meals in the dinning room and walking away to let someone also do the cleaning up. The staff here is great and we are in good hands which makes me very comfortable. I recommend this kind of living to other senior citizens specially this community.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My friend moved into Augustine Landing two weeks ago. It was the only one that was in his budget, and he liked it. The people working there are excellent. They are very friendly and seem really caring. I was really satisfied with them. I think he is, too. Some of the meals are pretty delicious. I was impressed. They offer three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Thank you, Augustine Landing! We moved our Aunt into Augustine Landing a little over a year ago and it was a life changer! Her quality of life has changed significantly since the move from another Independent Living space nearby. As a very social senior, we watched her grow from deteriated and depressed back to active and social Aunt we know and love. Special THANK YOU to the activities director, Ann G, who ensures all the residents have a voice, participate in a wide variety of activities, and enjoy their golden years with grace and respect.

The place I chose for a family member. Large facility all indoors. Many amenities at a below average price. (for the area)

I think it's as good or better than one can expect for the cost. My friend is blessed to be there and she would recommend it to others.

Yes I would recommend it however there is no assisted or memory care available at Augustine Landing which could prove to be problematic for some. We were attracted to them because of the location and price.

I visited this facility Augustine Landing had a balcony in the room. When we first walked in there, they had an exercise class going on. It felt more like a nursing home kind of environment than an independent living place, but I liked the layout pretty well. The staff was nice. Our experience with them was fine. They called back a couple of times. They didn't have a pool.

I visited this facility I like Augustine Landing the most. I got to eat lunch there, and the food was good. It was a nice facility. What I liked the least is that their apartments were a little too expensive. However, the staff members were very friendly and cooperative. They showed me around. The building was clean, and the structure was very good.

The staff - admin, front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, servers and maintenance employees are a true team. My family member was coming from a very different experience in another state and he is truly appreciative of everyone at Augustine Landing. The facility is very clean and grounds are very well maintained. The admin team is very visible, every day. I have spoken to many residents and they are all very content.

“I just want to tell you how much Linda loved her apartment and the friends she made there enriched her life in so many ways. So many and I surely don't know them all but Marion, Inga, Georgia and Karen were the ones I got to know the best over the almost 3 years :). A lot more faces I recognize but I'm not great at remembering names. She loved her porch and all her plants. I really think she had the best apartment there. It was her "home" and she deeply regretted not being able to return.”

They have a high turnover in their staff. No real low sodium menu which is important for seniors. They had a great activities director but she either quit or was let go and they've struggled to get activities back. Mom does have good friends that she enjoys.
