I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Acacia Springs! The staff is always so warm, kind, and attentive. They go above and beyond to make our entire family feel welcome and cared for, not just my grandpa. Ashley was especially thoughtful in keeping me updated on how he was doing and even sending me photo updates on his first day on his own, which meant so much to me. Anytime I have a question or concern, I know I can simply pick up the phone and someone will be there to help, check on him, or often already have everything taken care of. That kind of communication and genuine care brings so much peace of mind to our family. The facility is always clean, there are so many activities for residents to enjoy, and it’s clear that the staff truly cares about creating a welcoming, engaging environment. But the best part of all is hearing my grandpa say, “I love it here! I never want to leave!” As a family member, there is truly no greater comfort than knowing someone you love is happy, safe, and well cared for. I couldn't imagine a better place for my dearest grandpa, and I am beyond grateful to the entire team for always going above and beyond & making him feel at home. If you're looking for a senior living community where your loved one will be treated with kindness, dignity, and genuine love, I cannot recommend this place enough!
I’m here about a month, the people that I’ve met were very nice, and the staff were terrific! I’m happy being here.
I was extremely concerned about my at the time 90 year old mother's well being as for two years I wanted to get her out of the old dilapidated house she and my deceased father lived in for 66 years. Originally she wanted no part of it but after several close calls she finally agreed to start looking with me. We toured about 4 or 5 different independent living complexes in her price range and didn't care for any of them except one. The day we met Ashley Homes at Acacia Springs on West Nevso drive in Las Vegas. We met with Ashley several times over the next year or two and Ashley was so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about the complex. Upon the 3 to 4 visits we made at Acacia I noticed one thing, everyone who was employed there had one thing in common. They we're without a doubt the warmest, most sincere and kindest people I have ever met. It was clear they all loved what they do for a living and they were extremely happy with their work. Dealing with old folks is not for everyone and the residents at Acacia we're clearly happy living there which was extremely important to me. After the second or third visit at Acacia I asked my mother what she thought about all the places we looked at and if there were any she liked and Her reply was, "I really like Acacia as all of the residents look so happy and are all smiling." That was it for me. While I found the rooms a little small, they were an extremely comfortable size and had all the amenities that would make my mother happy. While she is now almost 93 years old and still mostly independen, I knew that would not last forever and really wanted a facility that offered not only independent living but also medical assistance down the line for when the time came. Acacia offered all of that all the way up to serious health issues and up to fully supervised daily care so moving mom only had to happen once. Next, over the coarse of our visits at Acacia I was quietly inspecting the condition of the building and was most impressed with the overall condition and quality of everything. Walls, paint, flooring, windows, doors, equipment and amenities we're all in fantastic condition and in great working order. There we're laundry facilities where mom could do her own laundry all the way up to Acacia would do it for her unlimited if needed. There was once a week housekeeping and on site repair and maintenance so if mom couldn't remember how to use the TV remote or couldn't find a channel she liked, someone was there to help her when she needed it. Mom has lived there almost 3 months now and I have spent many nights staying with her and found everyone and and everything to be exceptional and the most important thing is I feel she is in a fantastic facilit, albeit I don't like to call Acacia a facility as its more like a community. Everything is included with her monthly rent from all utilities including landline telephone and three meals in a restaurant style setting. Mom is actually happy living there and I feel extremely comfortable knowing she is well provided for, taken good care of and is surrounded by loving nurturing people that genuinely care. There is literally nothing she needs as shuttle transportation and enough activities that she will never be bored or looking for something to do. There is a beautiful library and movie theater, exercise equipment and gym with classes to keep her fit. She is making a lot of friends and learning and doing things she would have never been able to do living in her old house. If you are looking for a caring and safe place for anyone you love to live, I don't think there is anything more a person could ask for that offers as much as Acacia does. You can feel confident in your decision if you choose Acacia. In closing, I wish to thank Acacia springs, Ashley Homes and the entire staff at Acacia a heart felt thank you for the comfort you have given me in choosing affordable housing for my aging mother. Sincere thanks, Dave R
My uncle moved from Minnesota to Nevada in April 2026. We wanted to find a community that would be the most parallel transition. We toured several facilities. Once we toured Acacia, we knew the search was over. Acacia exceeded our expectations! Of all the listed amenities & services, our favorites were: daily movies in the onsite movie theater, flexible dining hours and options, included transportation, daily outings and social events. When you walk in the front doors, you can feel the vibrant energy. Acacia has something for everyone. I go with my uncle to some of the events( bingo, happy hour, music social, family feud, and more) and we have a blast! I am grateful that we are able to call Acacia Springs home!
Positive experience. Acacia Springs provides good food, many activities, clean environment. All units are one-bedroom apartments, and they are less expensive than studios apartments at several other facilities.
From the moment I walked through the door I felt like it was the right place for my family member. It felt more like a resort, people were very welcoming and friendly, the facilities were outstanding, I didn’t have to look any further. The facility did not feel like a typical senior living facility. It felt elevated and more of a community. The available activities at this community, we outstanding. The staff, each time speaking with them, answered all my questions and educated me on my options, which I didn’t know until I talk to them there was more than I thought. Absolutely met all of my requirements looking into a facility for my family member. The place was light bright bustling with positive energy. The community of people were very nice warm friendly welcoming. The staff was able to help with all of my questions and helped with my family member where I felt like they would be in a safe and positive environment. It was a godsend.
Let me tell you about my new home, Acacia springs. I have a great place to live and get to meet new people who are becoming my family. We have an active life here. There is fantastic staff to assist you with questions. They take you everywhere like doctors, outings, shopping. This is the only place I found where you do not need a car. The food is made by Chef Robert and you get 3 daily meals. Every Friday we have happy hour with music, dancing and drinks. Forget about other places as they cannot offer what you get here! There are always new people to meet. Our housekeeping and maintenance keep you clean and everything in working order. Here people help you make the big change to a better lifestyle! Hope I gave you a small taste of better living as we age. Kara was the person I spoke with at the building to help change my lifestyle. Thank you for reading my little story and see you soon at Acacia Springs.
Hostess was very client oriented and professional. She made me feel like this should be my home. I am very interested in moving into the facility. I will recommend this facility to friends in need.
My mom has been there since last October and everything seems to be going very well. She has made many friends and tells me she is happy with everything.
My apologies the tour was great but the facility was not a very good fit for me, and I decided I didn’t like Las Vegas, my apologies. Adele
My father Marvin and our family have had a wonderful experience with Acacia Springs. The staff has been caring, professional, and very supportive from the initial move into independent living through our current transition to assisted living. Kara and the whole team have been especially helpful and compassionate throughout the process. We truly appreciate the excellent care and support my father and family have received at Acacia.
My Mom has been a Acacia Springs for a very short time now. but when I tell you the kindness and the caring for her is exceptional.. from the front desk to housekeeping. I would like to give a special thank you to Ashley when I was very nervous about Mom being at Acacia Springs she assured me she will be just fine there.and she was right haven't seen Mom Happy like this in a long time...Thank you so much Ashley... And all the Staff there for taking care of Mom...
The staff is very professional. Care partners are really good with my mom. Everybody's very accommodating. They come pretty quickly when we push the button. It's a very pleasant environment. The only complaint that my stepfather has is that he can't seem to find men there that are willing to do activities as just a group of men. That's very disappointing for him, but that's not the facility's problem. That just happens to be the population there right now.
[Name Removed], the marketing person we worked with was amazing. She went out of her way to help my mom & sister feel comfortable and settle in. The entire staff is friendly, kind and patient.
The friendliness of the residents & staff & the many activities they have for residents, is what stood out the most.
It's a great place. Lots to do and wonderful staff! The food is very good and they offer shuttles to doctors appts, grocery, drugstore, bank. The staff at the front desk is very helpful too. The place is great. My mom is very happy with it. We moved her in over one year ago and she was hesitant to make the move from living by herself to "independent" living. It's so helpful to have 3 wonderful meals a day prepared for her, her room cleaned and towels and sheets washed, shuttles to doc appointments & groceries, plus parties twice a week and lots of celebrations! She made friends right away. Unbelievable staff! So comforting to know she can graduate to Assisted Living later if needed. For the moment she loves that she can come and go when ever she wants on the Independent side. That was really important to her.
Great senior living resort
Amazing community, beautiful environment, with the best staff! Kara Graves and her team are outstanding!
My parents lived in the assisted living area at Acacia Springs for almost 1.5 years. The assisted living staff was excellent, friendly and they kept me well informed on my parents. It was obvious the staff cared. The food was good and they tried to keep the people living there involved with daily activities. Most of the people were active, involved and socializing…I give a lot of credit to Acacia staff for doing a great job. The price was reasonable compared to the other 5 places that I visited.
I’ve been living here for 5 years so far. I enjoy playing bingo! I am a finicky eater but the menu here is decent and I can usually find something I like. I get along with everyone here. Both residents and staff. It’s a nice friendly place for me.
When I first arrived there, I was met by Ashley Holmes who, with her personality and energy actually was the one who cemented my decision to come here. I honestly felt safe and comfortable. Everyone else that works here make it seem like family. In this troubled society, it’s great to be around people like this
Great staff. Healthy, fresh and delicious food. Plated service in dining room and press box(the pub). We'll worth the very affordable rent. Feels like family.
I recently toured Acacia Springs Assisted Living in Las Vegas and had a really positive experience. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The community itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. I was especially impressed by the activity calendar and the way residents seemed genuinely engaged and comfortable. The apartments were thoughtfully laid out and felt more like home than a facility. Of the 3 area facilities that we toured, this was the best. I would absolutely feel confident choosing Acacia Springs for my loved one.
I live out of state. While visiting I go to see my relative several times at Acacia Springs. My experience has been phenomenal, from the staff being caring, attentive and very friendly. To the facility being very well maintained. There are great amenities, activities, outings and delicious dining. The residents seem to be very happy. Worth looking into if you are considering this for yourself or family. ❤️
I spoke with Kara about coming to this building. She was very passionate about everything they offer and what she could do to help with my transition. I was able to have all my questions answered fast. I was most impressed with the food menu this location offers.
[Removed name] with Acacia was awesome from beginning until we got my mom situated in her new home! Also, the entire staff from the front desk area to the dining room staff have been warm and welcoming! That sense alone gives me self assurance that my Mom is a very nice place.
My parents moved into Acacia Springs a month ago. The Staff at Acacia Springs has gone out of their way to make us all feel welcome and special. My mom requires a lot of assistance and they have really stepped up to assist her and make her as comfortable as possible. A shout out to Cristy, the head nurse. She is always available for me and never makes me feel like I am bothering her. Their apartment is great as well. And the food is good! My parents are enjoying the activities as well. Feeling blessed.
Our overall experience with Acacia Springs has been a 5. We worked with [name removed] before the move-in to make sure everything was going to go smoothly and it did. Since move-in, we've been working with the head nurse, [name removed] there and she's been taking care of all of our needs. They're going out of their way to make sure that we are happy there. Very pleased so far. The food has been pretty good so far. My husband and I have eaten there several times. And the apartment size is more than sufficient. We were fortunate enough to get one of their only two bedroom apartments and it's perfect.
I think it checks all the boxes. Independent living is set up really nice and though my mom didn't take complete advantage of all it had to offer- I think it provided everything one would need.
A wonderful place with great food and numerous activities that will keep you involved all day.
Based on current rate. Going up [date removed] but don't know new rate yet. The activities are great! My mom and sister are very happy, are making friends and enjoying the activities. I'm so glad we choose Acacia Springs!
The staff are awesome! You guys are doing a great job. Thank you for making me part of your family! Have a great day!
Acacia Springs has everything I need. The apartment’s are nice, there a lot of great activities, and the food is good. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. People that live here are friendly and it is easy to get to know them.
[name removed]and [name removed] during the deposit and apartment selection handled all phases in a professional, friendly and informative manner. Documents were submitted in a timely manner. Orientation and ambassador meetings help my mother-in-law in her tradition. She is very happy and making new friends daily.
As a new resident, first impressions are important. The facility seems to be well run. All the staff, from executive to dining and cleaning are very helpful and courteous. The food is good and consistent. The residents appear very happy and content and enjoy the various activities, which are plentiful. The fact that some residents have been here for many years speaks well of how the facility is maintained and administered.
Depends what each person needs for their own wellbeing, how they feel about themselves when they are being lead around and decide to theirs own comfort. It is a pleasure to work alongside my honest opinion. This is how I was brought up to beloved late father and mother and my culture. It is easier to listen and understand which to confirm what was said and respond with respect. Thank you
acacia Springs is the perfect spot for everyone. It took some adjusting for My Cousin but he’s been here now for almost a month. He is very very happy. He just took some time. Also [name removed] is the Best
We had a five star experience with Acacia Springs. My mom moved in February 2025 and really loves it there. I read all the great reviews and the thing that attracted me the most about this place was the extensive list of activities. Ashley gave us a tour of the place and she was outstanding. She bent over backwards to help us. The whole staff is great there. Food is yummy and they have fun social events. We love it there!
The mostly wonderful place I ever lived the most friendly
My mom has lived at Acacia for 3 yrs and has been very satisfied with the residents, staff, food and activities. She can do as much or as little as she wants. She LOVES the daily Bingo! Joe the bingo caller is so fun and treats everyone as family! He too has a passion for what he does! ASHLEY too has been so helpful to mom when she needs something extra done such as helping her with her phone, tv and arranging repairs. She goes above and beyond her job title! My mom loves her like a daughter and Ashley truly loves her job and goes out of her way to help residents!! Mom appreciates the shuttle transportation to appts. She likes the food options and servers. She also appreciates the housekeeping service. The apt is spacious and updated. We as a family are comforted also knowing she can transition to Assisted Living when needed as it is in the same building. Lastly we are grateful to know she is safe as we live out of state. Lastly Hoden is helping me to arrange a 90 th birthday party for my mom in their library, as it’s too difficult for mom to go to an offsite location. Thank you Acacia Springs for caring for my mom!
The staff at Acacia Springs is amazing. They go above and beyond for the residents and have such a variety of activities and outings to keep things fun! The facility is clean, bright and worth looking at if you are considering this for yourself or a loved one!
Everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable. I am still getting used to the environment but expect it will be just what I need.
I feel I hit the jackpot when I did the tour of Acacia Springs. On the day of the tour I was invited for a complimentary lunch and the food was delicious! Everything was so clean and orderly and decorated beautifully. After I moved in, everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to introduce themselves and made me feel welcomed. I'm amazed at how many people remember my name! The staff is so willing to help me in any way and, again, they're so nice. It's quiet and peaceful here (something I needed in my life right now). The activities they offer are great, and the daily errands they schedule cover just about everything. The amenities we get are great. There are so few things that I found to be a negative. I thought the extra fees for renting parking spots and having laundry done on a regular basis was high. I wish we could have been offered more than 1 service for wi-fi because Cox doesn't offer much. Last but not least, the kitchen sink is way too small! But I love it here
Staff helpful and friendly
I have been for 8 months now and am still happy that I chose Acacia Springs. I love my apartment, love the meals and the many activities that are available to us. The staff is great and extremely welcoming.
Acacia Springs staff is its claim to fame. They are friendly, helpful, and they create a home like atmosphere throughout. That atmosphere spreads throughout the residents, and because of that the majority of the residents are very happy and friendly also.
Friendly people (mostly) keeping occupied. Food is only fair.
They go above and beyond to keep everyone happy! Lots of food options! One of the very few communities in Las Vegas that has a heated pool and indoor jacuzzi. The beer and wine taps are a nice perk haha!
Looking for Dad so I called and spoke with [name removed] she was super nice and answered all of my questions and concerns.. She got me the best rate I could find shopping around.. ultimately it's an all inclusive home for dad that handles food, cleaning, and even transportation and that's huge... the building is nice hotel feels the staff was all smiles residents seem happy.. I feel good about this plus the location is better than most for the price so thanks [name removed]!! looking forward to getting him settled soon
So far, so good.
Dad (John Stewart) was living at Acacia Springs for the past three years before his transition in October. For me, the daughter living in Canada, I was grateful for the eyes and ears of the team at Acacia. When I visited, I was welcomed and I was treated like family and so was he . There is a real community at Acacia. Staff are attentive and caring. There are fabulous amenities, like the library, gym, pool and movie theatre and eating areas. The bus drivers are caring and helpful, taking individuals to appointments or shopping. All apartments are within the building so it is not necessary to go outside. Thank you for caring for dad. Don’t hesitate to place a parent or friend at Acacia Springs. There is something for everyone.
The staff is always friendly and show concern and understanding toward the residents. Many activities to keep everyone involved. It’s always difficult to select a suitable home for someone else but the staff at Acacia Springs answered all questions and took away all concerns.
I have took their service they are very professional and highly skilled team. They are doing best for me. I highly recommended. I have took their service they are very professional and highly skilled team. They are doing best for me. I highly recommended.
We have always liked living at acacia springs;a lot to do there.if your thinking downsizing and dont have to worry about cooking or keeping up o.cleaning your home or apt.they do it for you.1 down is Robert the chef needs different things to eats on the menu’s you know not everybody like Mexican food or cant eat it.put up a box in dining room.see what ppl that live there like to eat.and whoever cooks in am needs to learn how to make over easy eggs with out whites not slimie.mustly got eggs fried cpl servers were yelling at the some ppl they were talking to them.very rude to them.and carol head server was getting very upset when i asked to make my eggs the way i wanted them.one time my eggs when bk 2 times and can hear the cook yelling.from dining rm.other than this we had a nice staying there.
Acacia Springs was chosen as the best assisted living facility for my brother because each apartment has a patio or balcony that can be used by a smoker and dog owner. No need to walk to designated areas. It doesn’t hurt that the staff and care are wonderful and the meals are extraordinary.
This place is TRULY A TREASURE! Simply elegant. My friend moved here, and so far, our experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff are attentive, caring, and friendly. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. The residents are pleasant and happy. Overall, the environment, onsite amenities, entertainment, and food & housekeeping services are absolutely top-notch! The amazing people running this place make it seem like a mixture of the happiest place on earth and a little piece of heaven. Don't believe me? Check it out for yourself! I'll bet you'll be hard pressed to find a better experience elsewhere. We love this place so much! My friend, my fiance, and even my 20 something year old daughter agree that Acacia Springs is simply euphoric!
I’ve been here 3 months and am really enjoying it. It’s definitely an adjustment from a 3 bdrm house to a small apartment, but I am very glad a choose this place.

The rooms are very nice and the food is good. They have a wonderful social calendar so encourage your loved one to go to the cafeteria and to the events. My mother was in the Assisted Living portion for 2 years. This is what is MOST important about any place. They treated my mother with kindness and care. I couldn't have asked for a better staff for the care of my mother. My mother went in needing minimal care but as her needs accelerated, they were there, every step of the way. I can't speak highly enough about Acacia Springs. They were like family to my mother and when my mother passed, a number of the med techs took it very hard which shows you what they put into their job. My mother called Acacia Springs her home. I loved visiting her there. I can't recommend it highly enough! I will miss visiting her there! They made me smile!
