Some of the most meaningful connections in our lives are with people whose experiences look different from our own. Each generation grows up with different technologies, traditions, challenges, and ways of seeing the world. Intergenerational relationships remind us that learning doesn’t move in just one direction. Older adults have experiences, stories, skills, and perspectives to share, while younger generations bring new ideas, technologies, cultural perspectives, and fresh ways of approaching the world.

The activity may be simple, but the connection it creates can be meaningful.
