My sister has a two bedroom apartment. Her last ten years have been spent in a traditional apartment complex. She has mobility and vision issues. Over her last ten years she had become reclusive. Only socializing with family visits. Other than church on Sunday she did not interact with anyone. Her sister and I were very concerned about this move as she has been fearful of change and that has resulted in anxiety attacks in past moves. Now about the transition to the facility. We visited with my sister and she expressed many fears to the staff, the staff personnel affirmed her fears and helped her see mitigation strategies to help. We toured the facility and EVERYONE we met staff and residents were so very kind. My sister begin to lighten. After the move in she was introduced to her "ambassador" who helped introduce her to the facility and residents. In a very few weeks she was a different person, going to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meeting residents, she attends bingo and movie nights! She actually told me " this is a very nice place", a very extraordinary comment form my sister! The facility is very nice, she mostly likes the food who's is something, the staff is kind and efficient. But setting all of the hardware aside, my sister has simply blossomed into a new more active and happy life. I could not be more grateful! I would like to mention one individual on the staff although there are many to which I owe my thanks. [name removed] met with my sister on our first visit and gave us a tour around the facility. Her empathy for my sister and acknowledgement of her concerns I think has been the catalyst for her improvement. Again I want to thank all of the staff for this transformation!

Everyone was very welcoming from staff to residents. It was a very friendly place and all the residents I talked with were very happy. As one walked through the halls, the residents had put different things by their doors to decorate, which made it like home. I didn’t find a resident that didn’t like the food either, which is very important to me. Sales consultant was knowledgeable and sweet. All in all a very nice afternoon.

Town Village has kind, friendly and most helpful staff. It is very clean and maintained well. It offers an abundance of fun activities. It offers transportation for the residents needs. I love everything about Town Village for my Mama.

The staff is very caring and friendly- the other residents are very sweet and open to helping as well. It is a smaller facility which is nice so your family member can adapt easily. There is a pharmacy close by that delivers which is very convenient and it is in a great, safe area of town!

all fives. What we like the most about the community is that it is close to a lot of shopping. Yes, we would recommend Town Village Vestavia Hills to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff is exceptional. My apt. Is very comfortable and light. The residents are friendly, and the activities varied to meet most needs. Nothing is perfect, so I would say 4 stars.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mom moved into Town Village Vestavia Hills. We like that she could have a one-bedroom with a full kitchen, and it is handicap accessible everywhere. There's a small community for seniors and adults with lots of activities, limited transportation provided, and three meals a day if my mom chooses to eat what's provided. They have lots of activities, and it's a good value for what we're paying.

I visited this facility We toured Town Village Vestavia Hills. It was very homey compared to the other two that we looked at. It was far more friendly and comfortable than the other two. So, that was the plus. They had a very nice two-bedroom, two-bath that we liked very much, and had we been ready to pull the cord, we would have taken it because it was exactly what I wanted. So, I liked everything about it. The meals are included. They had a library, a game card room, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. Plus, the grounds outside, you can walk around that side.
