I toured Town Village Tulsa and was truly impressed. Chris, Sarah, Jen, Cindy, and Marti were all incredible. You can tell they take real pride in their work and in creating a beautiful, welcoming community. Everyone I met was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend scheduling a tour to see it for yourself and/or a loved one.
This is Betty Kilgore. I moved here after mistreatment at another retirement community. Here I am treated with respect. So many activities. As soon as I recover from last procedure, looking forward to being social again. I am in Independent, but getting a caregiver soon.
I took my sister to visit and tour this facility. It was very nice and really impressive. She really liked the all day food availability and I believe the pool and outdoor areas if I’m not getting this one mixed up in my mind with another place.
This is a retirement community and everyone is extremely well taken care of. Great food in the dining room or it can be delivered to your apartment.
I love living here, there's not a thing I don't like!! The food is great as we have a menu to choose from for 3 meals a day!! The staff is caring and very nice to you. We have a bus that takes us to appointments, to get groceries, takes me to church on Sundays, etc. There's friendly residents, lots of activities to do if you want, and the Life Enrichment/Activites Department couldn't be any better! In my opinion it's a wonderful place to live!!
I last lived near Tulsa when I was 19. 74 now. When my husband fell ill, we came to Tulsa for him to be near his family. We moved to a place with skilled nursing. He died before moving in. I moved in and was never helped with anything. IMy health deteriorated quickly. Moved to Town Village a month ago. What a joy all employees are and they treat residents with respect and kindness. I feel blessed to find this place. I am at peace finally.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My friend moved to Town Village Tulsa's independent living community. He has been there for a little over a week. We decided it was the best location and the best place for him. It has everything you need. It's a very nice and a really good place, so we just really liked it. The staff members are very nice and very helpful. The food is really nice. That's also one of the main reasons we chose it. The value for money is really good there, too.
I think it's a great facility I would live there if I could I just couldn't convince my mom to stay because she's not social and wants to be waited on hand and foot by her kid. I would tell others that they can feel comfortable in knowing that their loved ones are truly cared for living there
Tina is a very good hairstylist. She does my hair very well and is very personable and I like her a lot. I love my hair color and my haircuts are perfect!
I see several patients here, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Everyone is very helpful and very nice to you! We order our meals from a menu and the food is really good!! They have music a few times a week and they celebrate every holiday!! We have the best bus driver in the world to take us to doctors appointments on Tuesday and Thursday and to get groceries on Wednesday, plus plenty of activities to keep you busy!! That's it because I need to go eat lunch!!
Professional, compassionate and understanding staff. Amenities and apartment sizes are very good. Comfortable.
I love the location. I love that my father is happy there. I like the options for meals, although he said at dinner time, he has to wait awhile for his dinner. I wish they would encourage/advertise to get more minority residents. I like they have housekeeping once a week. Lastly, i wish they would try more inclusion techniques for introverts like my father. But overall, we are pleased.
The staff are very helpful, friendly and supportive. There are lots of activities, some regular and different things for all holidays. The apartment is cozy and comfortable.
BEFORE DECIDING TO MOVE INTO TOWN VILLIAGE I VISITED WITH 8 OTHER FACILITIES. AFTER VERY CAREFUL DIAGNOSIS I DECIDED THAT THIS FACILITIE MET MORE OF MY NEEDES AND WANTS. I HAVE NOT BEEN DESAPPOINTED NOR SECONDED GUESSED MY DECISION. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THE VILLIAGE TO SEVERAL FRIENDS THAT ASKED ABOUT IT.
I fell in love with Town Village within minutes of walking in the door. It is like being on a cruise ship, everything is in one place. There are activities for the residents, and they can do as much or as little as they want. The food is very good. We even like to visit and stay for a meal. I am so thankful for a place that gives me peace of mind that my mother is not just taken care of but enjoys the facility and her new friends. I do not know another place as great as Town Village.
My mother moved into Town Village Tulsa about two months ago. So far, she is very happy to be living in this community. The employees are very friendly. The apartment is spacious and the building is very clean. The entrance and dining areas are warm and inviting. I also like the fact that there is always someone at the front desk monitoring what goes on in and around the building. My mother and I would definitively recommend Town Village Tulsa to anyone looking for an independent living environment.
From the first time I walked through the doors at Town Village, I felt at home. The residents were more active and smiled a lot. and I felt that I wanted to be a part of this community. I am happy to promote Town Village Tulsa.
The unfriendly do not last long there. They had a really good chef there and he left. They do ok most the time now after the adjustment and new people hired to cook but their original chef was amazing. Tons of activities, however my parents are not physically able to participate or too tired too now. Cost is fine... they complain but you can't get all the above for any better price. The comforts of home and community and knowing they are safe it is worth it. Town Village lives up to their slogan... It’s not like home.?It is home. From the front desk person, the bistro, the maintenance department... it is a village! Not just friendly sales people to get you in... the services they offer with additional care is very helpful too. They helped us get all the paperwork done to get them electric wheelchairs so they could be mobile and worked with them for weeks to learn to drive them properly in the facility. They have been quick to respond in times of need as well... when they aren't well, can't get up or times they have even fell.
the price of guest meals is too high. Overall, very happy that my sister is at your place. everyone who works there has answered all my questions and helped me so many times! We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far!!
Love the place. My Dad is very satisfied and I thank you so much for helping us find this place.
I visited this facility Town Village Tulsa was a very nice facility. It was very friendly. It had a nice pond that was over on one side with walking trails. The entrance has a bistro shop that's open all day long where you can come down and get food any time you want. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spread out. It's so large of a facility that some of the areas to get to, would be a long walk. We saw some rooms that were a little on the small side, but they were modern, looked good, and were freshly kept. They had a second-floor area. There were a ton of activity spaces where you could go in and do painting, sewing, or crocheting. There's a library and a little place called The Garage that I guess guys would come in and talk about cars, or whatever. It just seems like a lot of optional activity spaces that they have that I thought were very nice. The people were kind and friendly. The residents came up and spoke very positively about it and how much they enjoyed it.
My loved one is a resident at Town Village Tulsa. I would recommend this facility to others.
