Alta Walk & Alta Oakridge Senior Living Properties – NC - Closing
We closed the sales of Walk and Oakridge today and I wanted to thank you for all of your help with these assets. I know it was a difficult assignment and some things could have been handled better on the ownership end.
Choosing Grace to help us with these assets was clearly the right choice and your care, expertise and knowledge were a big factor in our achieving the pricing we did.

Crystal Terrace Retirement – OR – Closing
This incentive is offered in recognition of the efforts your company has made to, possibly, more than double the value of this property since you began managing it for MMA Realty Capital Advisors and PFRS Crystal Terrace Corp. in December 2009.

Village of Stone Brooke - TX - Closing
MMA would like to extend its thanks to the Grace Management team in assisting us in a successful property closing yesterday. I realize that at times this was stressful and demanding and I appreciate your professionalism and cooperation. MMA would also like to thank you for the excellent service rendered at the property during such difficult and transitional years. I look forward to working with you on the remaining close-out of the books, payables, etc. over the next few weeks.

It has been a pleasure to assist Grace Management, Inc. in the endeavor for that elusive "perfect survey". And make no mistake, your time there contributed towards compliance. We appreciated the opportunity to participate. I know that the presence of your company will be missed by the staff at Riverchase Village, as I never heard them speak anything but good as to your work with them. I appreciate your willingness to try to see the rules from the Alabama perspective.

Belvedere Commons Franklin - Family Member
I was walking in the store just today, thinking about Mom. She was not an outgoing person, preferring to stay home, work in her yard and go to church. But as her dementia progressed, she became more open, smiling more, just more accepting of others around her.
She was at Belvedere Commons Franklin (BC) for almost a year. And I cannot say enough good about them. I know that you cannot "love" every one of your residents. But the employees @ BC made me feel like Mom was one of the lucky ones that they DID love.
She was ALWAYS treated with respect, kindness, compassion, patience. I visited at different times and never saw less than wonderful. At BC she was loved, coddled, encouraged, pampered, assisted, and comforted. And this refers to ALL the staff. Bill, Linda, Carol, do I name all of them? They deserve recognition.
If you had only one opinion poll to go by... use mine. They cared for my Mom. And they CARED ABOUT my Mom.
